Convenient to the restaurant. Nice to prepay online. The only confusing thing was the QR code in the parking area. I couldn’t figure out how to show I’d prepaid. So, I just left the receipt on my dash... See more
Got confused selecting time. Why would it give an end date SIX days after the start time, by default... I ended up not realizing until after I had already hit the pay button. $37 to park for 2 hours.... See more

Super easy parking and street car access
Way easier than it should have been. Honestly this was one of the best parking experiences I've had in downtown KC. I did make a reservation in advance. Just pull up to the gate no ticket required. Same on the way out. Is just a block from KC Street Car Crossroads stop.
Only complaint and it might be Google's issue. The map tried to take me to a lot that doesn't exist. Corrigan station lot is at 19th/Walnut not 19th/Main. Probably Google issue because I would have turned into a beer garden had I followed those directions.

Bad set up…
Got confused selecting time. Why would it give an end date SIX days after the start time, by default... I ended up not realizing until after I had already hit the pay button. $37 to park for 2 hours. Was unable to cancel after realizing what occurred. Super disappointing…

Easy, accessible and clean!
Easy reservation, clean garage, easy access, no hassles at all. Saw a security car patrolling while I was parking. Very reassuring!
Parking was cheap, weird instructions
Parking was cheap, vehicle remained safe.
Instructions were weird. sign at the parking said a strict 2-hour limit, but I had paid for 5 days. didn't end up being a strict 2-hour limit, but it was still very confusing.

My car got stolen
My car got stolen. There are no cameras, security wasn't there, and half the lot was dark.

Poor signage and overpriced
All the signs in the garage said that it was a 2 hour limit garage even though I had paid for more than that. There weren't very big or clear signs that let me know it was the right place. I ended up going to another garage where I paid $3 instead of $11.

It was confusing to what you had to put in to the machine to let me into the parking garage. I ended up paying for the parking garage fees than usi mg the app fees

No guarantee that the lot actually exists
Sold me a $15 pass for a lot that, as far as I can tell, doesn't exist. I missed my Amtrak looking for a place to put my car. I will be pursuing a refund.

Headache in practical application
While the process of prepaying the parking garage was easy the end result was not so smooth. Nowhere in my receipt or my viewable pass was there any sort of barcode, I needed a scanable barcode for entry and exit. I had to use the intercom system on entry and exit to be able to use the service, the exit took over five minutes of sitting at the gate before someone finally verified my purchase code and raised the gate remotely.
