Stupid as hell to have to pay for parking in the shit-stained city of Jackson, MS. Can't cancel some of the hours when they let you out of jury summons early.

Its was so convenient to park without worrying about time running out

It would be best not to have to pay to park in downtown Jackson Mississippi. I can understand a large city but not there. It's trashy and run down.

We could not even pay for parking at your spaces so we had to park several blocks away from the courthouse.

The experience with parking and how to pay was easy. My issue was the price I paid for 4 hour parking. My total was $19.35. That's expensive for just 4 hours. I expected to pay from $5-$10. $19.35 is expensive for 4 hours of parking.

I’ve requested a copy of my receipt three times, twice by email and once as instructed by your customer service line to use a link, which does not work, even for a receipt I actually received.

Once I figured out how to use the QRC it was very easy. Hahaha. Parking lot was clean and well lit. Easy access. Plenty of empty spots at 8am. Reasonable priced.

Instructions were confusing. Thought I did it correctly but got a 24 dollar ticket. Did it correctly for 4 days after that mistake.

My first time using Parking app. It was very easy.
I didn't like the fact . I had too charge $1.35 to my credit card.

Rates were great, location was perfect. Would have given 5 stars, but payment process was complicated.

The ability to pay for parking with a phone is convenient if you have a smartphone. If you don't use or carry a smartphone then I suppose there would be a phone number to call to pay for parking.

It was 9am when I used the parking area. There was adequate parking available and multiple payment options. It was easy, affordable and fast didn’t make me late for my appointment. Will definitely use again if needed.

I had to pay for parking when it should have been free. Obtuse user interface when checking out.

I have used the service a few times. Tuesday at 9:14 the system was having “internal issues” and would not work. Inhad to be in court. Within 45 minutes, i received a $15 fine. Thanks!

No one bothered me. I wasn’t asked any questions after seeing to attendants on the lot.

I payed for 3 hours to go in the court house. And was in there and hour and half
And I got a ticket.
I can email the receipt from the parking time and the ticket if I need to

I received a ticket even with proof parking time purchased!
