Though I initially had concerns about using a lot without an attendant, my overall experience was pretty good. The only issue I had was that I was not aware that if you enter a minute or two before your reservation, the gate will not open and you have to take a ticket. Also, if you leave earlier than you reservation time (in my case it was an hour), you are still charged for the entire time. I think for this particular garage, I will take a ticket as opposed to reserving a spot.
Oh and let me not leave out that if you have an issue, the customer service is great! The representative even called me back to review points that helped me to better understand the process. I appreciated that.

1.Your on-line address is 97-77 Queens Blvd, but your entry requires circling from Queens Blvd via side streets. Every building entry on Queens Blvd is designated 97-77. I circled the area interminably before double parking and getting directions from an employee in one of the other 97-77 addresses, discovering that your entry was around the corner on a street that required three right turns to arrive at your poorly-marked entry.
2. Your unattended entry and exit equipment was hardly user-friendly, especially for someone using a QR code.
3. Your robot help button did NOT provide any form of aid.
4. Double billing: on-line and unattended, ambiguous garage equipment
