My order confirmation did not include a bar code
My order confirmation did not include a bar code to scan so I was unable to access the parking structure. I was unable to reach customer service via the web site or the phone number indicated on the web site. It took 10 minutes to reach someone directly at the parking garage and to convince them to let me in. It was equally difficult to exit the garage. This was an extremely frustrating experience.
