Safety is key
Safety is key. I don't usually park in lots because of the protentional break-in possibility and risk that would have on my life. My Van has a custom wheelchair lift and I admit I was nervous of leaving my van there but I was happily surprised. The clear indications that the city took the safety of my vehicle by reminder signs about removing valuables and locking doors (which I already do) but also by having many cameras and even security in the area for vehicle safety. Price was also a shock too. It was way lower than I thought it would be.
The app is not intuitive and it is…
The app is not intuitive and it is glitchy. I am in mountain time zone but app converted my estimated end time to eastern, thereby sending me a notification 2 hours early that my parking time was up
Stupid frustrating experience. The website was so confusing that I…
The website was so confusing that I wound up paying twice. But I didn’t see it until I looked at my visa bill.
There were no signs explaining how to…
There were no signs explaining how to pay, what the code was for the lot we used, no QR code. We walked the entire lot and nothing.
5-digit codes dont always work and are not always displayed on lot signs
The smaller lot itself does not have a QR code or 5-digit code displayed on the lot sign. You have to walk to the platform and then get close to the parking machine to be able to get the QR code or 5-digit code
Related issue: 61st & Pena, searching for 91905 code in the parking.com app did not work, it kept failing to locate the parking area with that code. Repeated tries on 4/23/24. Ended up going to paybyphone.com to complete parking with that code.
While the app can recognize location and identify 61st & Pena location, it does not clearly show you how to START parking. Rather it just shows rates and estimates of parking costs. Why not allow someone to START parking once they find the relevant lot in the app? Why must you require a 5-digit code that then doesn't work, or a QR code? If locating a parking zone is supposed to allow you to START parking, it is not clearly marked.
Very unhelpful app so far.
Low-cost option
Low-cost option, easy to pay & was able to extend the time needed when our car wouldn’t start.
Bought a spot
Bought a spot, when I showed up there wasn't one for me. When you are catching a flight, this isn't ideal. I hate this process and you shouldn't do it. parking.com can screw themselves. I will never have anything to do with this service. I tried to share my real feelings, but the application literally blocked it. This place is the worst, and is not reliable.
I realized this review might not make the light of day, so I took a screenshot and will do everything I can to spread the word. This experience SUCKED. The runaround is one thing, but paying for it ahead of time, only to be screwed while trying to catch a flight is the worst.
Convenient, but you may pay more than necessary
The system is convenient, but it requires that you know in advance how long you are going to be parked, which is not possible in some situations. Since you have to pre-pay, you may end up spending more money than necessary if your plans change.
It was easy
It was easy and I liked that you sent me an email saying that my parking was about to expire just in case I needed to extended it online.

Very simple to use
Very simple to use. Completed the transaction in less than a minute and was on my way.
The whole process was easy
The whole process was easy. It made parking worry free and I didn't have to think about getting a ticket if I stayed longer than my time. I got a 15 minute notice and I could add time and pay for additional time if needed. Great experience!

Was ticketed despite paying for parking
Despite paying for my parking, I still got a citation left on my vehicle hours after I paid. This is unacceptable.

My car was vandalized with around $2000.00 worth a damages. Everyone who I talked to was less than sympathetic, and did not help in obtaining security footage. Adding to the headache of fixing a car during the coldest part of winter.
Easy Just scan and go
Easy to do Sub zero temps at the time. Scaned, got on the RTD train and filled out the forms

The parking was free but we had to register our car. The fee to use parking.com was $0.35 so we had to enter our card and pay the $0.35 fee for a free parking lot. Seems like the city is being ripped off my parking.com
