Easy to purchase, but wouldn’t pull up the barcode to scan out when leaving, so had to pay for parking twice. Edit: original payment has been refunded.

I paid $15 in advance for parking and was never given a barcode. I was charged another $15 by the parking facility as my parking.com reservation did absolutely nothing.

After I paid in advance, there was never a QR code to be found-in the confirmation email, or on the app. I had to use the call button to avoid paying an extra 15 dollars. I say fix the glitch!
Transaction went smoothly. However, the parking structure exit was requesting to scan a bar code; which was not provided to me. I had to page for assistance at the exit gate to leave without paying additional fees. The support technician seemed to be familiar with the scenario. I gave her the transaction details and she raised the gate and said 'have a good evening'.
Went to exit I realized there was no barcode to scan in my paid recept email from parking.com so I paid double. $6 to parking.com & $10 to the actual parking garage.
the application is not conducive to using a cell phone, this needs to be tested as I would assume EVERYONE uses their phone to pay to park. It might work perfect on a laptop or even ipad like computer, but did not work well on my Android.

They gave me directions to a parking garage, but when I went to check out it said my parking ticket wasn't valid. I emailed them to discuss and they still ha e not returned my email.
