Directions completely inaccurate. Called number given and it is no longer in service. Such a scam. Double the cost - should have just paid at gate and would have been half the cost.

Called to ask details of the parking arrangements and was greeted by a friendly voice. The gentleman was very helpful in explaining the arrangement.

There was no barcode given after I…
There was no barcode given after I prepayed to guarantee my parking spot. The customer service person was very rude and gave me hard time about refunding my money. So, I had to pay for parking a second time since this company did a very poor job trying to resolve my issue. I will never use this company again. They said that I would receive my refund in approximately 5 days. I'm still waiting.
