My daughter (19 years old) reserved a spot and paid up front. When she wanted to leave they made her pay again because they "didn't have" the scanner for the code she had on her phone showing she already paid. She called the next day and they said no refunds. Seems like a scam to me...
The App would not work, there was no way to get in touch with the facility, but Most importantly my car was damaged by their valets. The pull in is so dark you cannot see damage right away until you drive off site. I suggest you use a flashlight to take pictures of your car before you hand over the keys, and again when you pick it up but before you take the keys.
Booking a parking spot was easy however, I felt that the “oversized” vehicle size wasn’t clear. The website should say all SUVs not some. I was charged more money when I brought my car even though my vehicle met the standard size vehicle
Parking attendant was super friendly and nice
To deal with. App made it easy to pick up
Booked a reservation to park overnight. Payed for an oversized vehicle. When we got there we were told our vehicle was too long even though it fit inside the yellow box right there to measure the vehicle. Attendant was completely unhelpful and rude. No refunds so I’m out $40. Worst parking experience ever
Booked an oversized car park for 4 nights well in advance - when we turned up to drop off the car was told that all the oversized lots were booked and our car couldn’t fit. The guy at the desk wouldn’t give me a refund. I contacted the company to ask for a refund but they never got back to me. Terrible experience do not recommend.

I reserved for an large suv. However, when I arrived you refused my reservation saying the car was too large

They essentially just stole my money, and I will be seeking a refund. I booked a spot online several days ahead of time. They had options for regular or oversized vehicles. I drive a Dodge Challenger, they didn't give a definition of what they consider "oversized".
All I know is I arrived at the garage after my booked time, and the attendant looked at me and said, "No, I don't have a space for you.". I said "I booked this online?" And he just said, "No it won't fit.".
Didn't look at my reservation, didn't say maybe I'd have to pay for an oversized vehicle spot. Just said no. If the size requirements are that tight you should say something about it on your website and not leave people scrambling to find parking in Brooklyn and have to go through the hassle of getting their money back.

When we arrived at the garage we were told they were closing early and if we parked there we would not be able to get our car out later. It was a fairly unpleasant interaction. I followed up with parking.com via their help form and received no response, despite the form saying someone would respond within 48 hours. It's now been 10 days, and I've still heard nothing back. If there's no guarantee of service paid for, why would I use this site?

Parking.com gave the option for an oversized spot at a garage that didn't offer oversized parking. I was turned away when I arrived.

Attendant was very professional. He was helpful at check-in and at checkout.

Well I paid in advance, then was forced to pay again to actually get my car. No attendant at the lot when I returned, 20 min wait for him to come out of the car elevator. Oh, and the website says they close at 11 but apparently they close at 10:30 so you'll have to leave your concert early or be stuck in Brooklyn overnight.

I reserved a spot for a large car. When we arrived I was told that the lot elevator would not fit my car (chevy traverse, 4 door suv). I had to find another lot. I only needed to make one call with service reps who quickly refunded my pre-payment. good people service, web site should state the limited size prior to taking reservations. could have rated worse, but good people helped me not lose $ as well as my parking spot. please update the web site reservation site.

I dreaded the whole experience as a monthly customer at their 56th St location: Long waiting periods for picking up the car, paint damage coming from rusty pipes leaks, smell of sewer inside the car after a few days parked underground, physical damage at the back which they didn't take accountability for (that cost me $1700). Overall parking experience in NYC is bad...at this place is even worse. To their defense, parking in NYC is likely rigged as high demand generates no need for better service/installations/staff training. No value for the hefty prices.

This is the info from the parking.com website.
Oversize Vehicles are all SUVs, Crossovers, Vans, and Pick-ups that are 181" or more in length and 70" or more in height and models that are 75" or higher regardless of length are subject to an extra charge for parking.
My Suv is 180.1 inches in length and 66" in height. I explained that to the gentleman and was still charged the oversized vehicle rate. I did the research on my vehicle size before I booked with them , but was
forced to proceed anyway due to being pressed for time.
Very Frustrating.

We arrived, prepaid with a QR code. The attendant was rude and said the lot was full. Someone else left so I was able to get in. When we returned, a different attendant had a very difficult time mixing up the tickets and with data entry after the QR code wouldn't scan. Waited 45 min to get our car.

I would give zero stars if possible.
After making and paying for the reservation, I pull up to the garage to be told there was no room! ?? I explained that I had a reservation and was told that it didn’t matter, there was no place for my car. The employee said, just cancel your reservation and go somewhere else. The delay ruined my entire evening. Horrible business

Super polite professional attendant. Our vehicle is a stick shift and he was skilled and proficient. Great location, great rates. Highly recommended!!!
