This is the worst parking garage every keep charging my card
First time using.
First time using this manner of parking. We are not techy so had to have help. Guess we are old fashioned. Would rather get a ticket , find a spot, pay a person when we leave. Potential is there to get directions etc. a did not see an attendant if any kind just in case of damage, etc.

Blah, again.
It's never good. It's always a 50/50 shot if it catches me drive out or not. Last time I got into the lot earlier than it said and it double charged me. The people said that they could credit me or even help me out. But Nashville is crawling with lots ran by these peeps and it sucks.
Great customer service!
Upon realizing that I registered the wrong vehicle with parking.com, I had to pay as a drive in vehicle. I explained my error to parking.com via there "contact us" link on the website. The next day I received a full refund and an email from a kindly representative. I will use parking.com again.
Convenient but pricey
We liked the convenience of the location of the parking lot. It was close to the Schermerhorn in Nashville, TN where we were attending a show.
What we DIDN'T like was that we had to pay the same amount for ONE additional hour (to avoid a fine) as we did for the first three hours we parked. $20.90 X 2 = $41.80 for just over 3 hours of parking! Waaay overpriced!!

It was quick and easy to navigate. I don't care for the machines, so scanning was more to my liking.

Bitter Sweet
Well my experience we this service was bitter Sweet was given a ticket by mistake but it was corrected in a timely manner.
Great parking but very expensive
We were OVECHARGED
We were OVECHARGED. We were parked less than 1 hour and was charged for over an hour. We should have been charged $15 but was charged $25.99. This is NOT OK. I don’t like being taken advantage of. Don’t park here. Park at Music City!!

Paid for the parking in advance. It wouldn't allow the scan qrc code to get ticket. Had to pay another $20. Rip off!!

I purchased parking on the site for a lot that was listed as 1201 Demonbruen Street. When I printed off my ticket I noticed that it listed a different street entrance to the parking lot, 12th Avenue North, which is about a mile from where I thought I was going park on Demonbruen. I arrived at the entrance location listed and it was clear that I couldn't park there because it was not the correct garage. I ended up paying more to park at a different location. I emailed the company and they are providing a refund because they had the address for the entrance listed incorrectly, but the experience was extremely frustrating.
