I made the massive mistake of booking…
I made the massive mistake of booking car parking with a company called park and ride. They are
Actually situated along an almost impssible to find and incredibly potholed lane in Langton about 20 minutes from the airport (although you’d never guess from their website). No spaces left when I arrived so they parked my car at an angle very near the exit, took my keys and charged me another £8 for the transfer (again you’d never guess from their blurb). Drive to the airport was dangerously fast, driver totally stressed as he’s the only van they have to cater for everyone and is under huge pressure. Parking is in a muddy field in a farm. When we came back had to wait aged for them and even then they could only take two of us so we had to leave our kids at the airport and go back for them (adding another £7 and 50 minutes to our journey. Shocking outfit! Avoid at all costs!!
On my recent trip from Bristol airport…
On my recent trip from Bristol airport and using the Silver zone car park I was fumming on my return to find my car had sustained damage during my holiday away
As it was late at night to collect my car you can't see any minor damage due to the light but when I returned home the next morning I noticed my car had sustained quie a few scratches on the rear bumper and wheel arch not only that the vehicle settings had been changed and also the sat nav was on and had been used for what ever reason
When customers park their vehicles at airport car parks they expect the company to look after their vehicles
And what right do they have adjusting customers vehicle settings apart from seat adjustment this will be the last time I ever trust silver zone at Bristol with my vehicle
I will be looking into the sat nav just to see where my vehicle had been driven and asking questions why ???
Shambles
Website does not allow you to extend your period for staying once you have parked. They prefer to charge daily overuse rate!!!
Park off site next time for me!
NEVER USE THE “MULTI…
DON’T EVER BY MISTAKE USE THE “MULTI STOREY” CAR PARK! I was charged £60 for an hour, and was told it would also have been £60 if it had just been 1 minute.
Arriving at the airport to pick family up, the overhead signs are to Long Stay Short Stay or Multi Storey. I didn’t want short stay in case their flight was delayed, nor long stay so chose multi storey assuming it would have more space, as it was December 23rd. At the exit gate the £60 charge came up, and the guy on ‘help’ explained it’s £60 from a minute to a day. The charges are utterly indefensible, and the signage appallingly misleading.
Misleading
Misleading. The website is designed to get you to book before you get to the critical point that someone will drive your car to a different location - it doesn't stay where you park it. Only use if you don't mind a stranger moving your car around
Picked my wife up today from this…

Absolute shambles. Massive queue, useless customer service. I’d rather have the plague than use these guys again.

Who is LUKE at the Bristol Silver Zone?
Silver Zone Parking - Bristol Airport. We arrived back on the 14th collected the key, found our car and started it up! Music started playing, and it was apparent that the car media system had been tampered with by someone called LUKE (he'd logged into the car radio system!). We were unable to go back to our original settings which means I cannot use my Google sat nav which is important as I am a volunteer driver for a local charity and frequently have to visit places that I've not been to. My partner has tried to reset the system but to no avail. A local dealer will require £60 to sort it out. My question is why are employees ( Luke in particular) tampering with customers car media system? Presumably all he had to do was to move it from where we left it to the place we then picked it up. This is unacceptable but I cannot talk to anyone as the posted number rings out and the chat bot is of no help! We finally got in touch with a customer service agent who assured us a manager would be in touch - needless to say no one has contacted us. They DO NOT care.
Childish behaviour
Used this carpark numerous times can’t fault the location but what a do object to is presumably the manager on lunch time 12/12/25 behaving like a spoilt toddler all because he had to reach for the green ticket after he missed it and pushed 6” further away then placed car key 3ft from where I was standing whilst muttering something.
GO UP YOU IGNORANT CHILD DONT LIKE YOU JOB DO SOMETHING ELSE
PREFERABLY NOT IN CUSTOMER SERVICES
It all went very well
It all went very well . Both sides of my holiday . Thanks .
Cheers Steve
Ps I lost my brightly coloured luggage on flight out. But it was in my car when I returned. You can't beat that for service. Well done guts
Big mistake using this company.returned…
Big mistake using this company.returned after a 2 week holiday to find hand brake lever horizontal. One rear brake had been destroyed ,I presume the person who moved the car tried to spin the car using the hand brake. Managed to drive it back and now have a house garage bill. Can't get hold of the company to complain ..they seem part of of Bristol Airport group ???. Didn't like the new system of queuing in that stupid tunnel.. I will never use silver parking or Bristol Airport again...
We walked most of the way from where…
We walked most of the way from where the flight landed through endless up and down levels at a super quiet time, car parking after the "revamp" is worse than ever and no longer has buses to aid you to the short stay (/gravel pit). Cones were having a good time in random lanes though which is great. Still beats the waits for a silver zone bus. Who knows where the formerly useful pick up zone is now ... Probably Taunton.
I would give zero stars if possible
I would give zero stars if possible. The service and overall execution were extremely disappointing. Customer service was virtually non-existent; the staff at the desks were rude, discourteous, and appeared more interested in intimidating paying customers than assisting them.
Upon returning from our holiday, we were handed a slip of paper with a supposed new parking spot number. When we arrived at that location, there was no car to be found. We then had to walk around the car park attempting to locate it ourselves and eventually discovered it two rows back at the opposite end.
The only positive aspect of this experience was the quick transfer to the airport.
Overall, I would strongly advise others to avoid this car park
Just Don’t
I couldn’t find it according to address & post code. I gave up. Spoke to rep on phone. Couldn’t understand most of what he was saying as strong (I think Indian accent) Not helpful at all. He kept asking me if I was on the plane,,,,, No I was driving to Bristol Airport. Wish I had read these other reviews before. I would not have booked here. So I just went to the parking at the airport which is another story. No Long Stay Parking even though there’s a sign for it! Only Short Stay parking and seems very expensive to me. Overall a really bad experience with Bristol Airport.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid - it’s not worth it. They were late to the drop off, meaning I incurred extra charges in the car park. Took a very long time a pick up. Clearly multiple people riding in our car even though only one driver at drop off and pick up - both seats were adjusted. Inside of car dirty. Rude over the phone.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Turned up over an hour late from constantly calling from baggage collection and had to barter with the driver to take us to our car as he had oversubscribed the number.
As a result he agreed to take me on the condition I left my disabled wife and our baggage in the airport car park at midnight! When I finally arrived at my car it was unlocked and covered in dirt - the driver was quickly surrounded by angry customers, clearly in the same position as me, vying for his blood!
All this for a surprise fee of £14 paid for when you drop your car off!
If you want your vehicle looked after and better service it might be better gong elsewhere - I've had better cusomer service from the Taliban!
I used Bristol Silver Zone Car Parking…
I used Bristol Silver Zone Car Parking recently. I picked my car up after a late night flight back, did a visual check as much as you can at 12 at night in the dark and it seemed ok, however after driving a fee miles I noticed a loud squeaking and creaking noise coming from my seat, which had been adjusted to a very high level by whoever drove it. The squeak was not present prior to leaving it with this company. I have complained but received the standard 'you have to report any issues at the time of collection and before leaving the carpark' which in a case like this is not possible. I am not impressed, will never use this company again and will certainly never recommend them to anyone. I have since spoken to friends who also had a bad experience with them a couple of years ago. In short, they are overpriced and careless, at best, with your car. How they managed to break my seat I have no idea but break it they have.
