Dealer sent me harassing text messages after my Motorwayreview
I left a one star review on Trustpilot for Motorway because I was unhappy with almost every aspect of the process through which my car was sold.
This was not a review of the dealer Parkgate Motor Hub Ltd or their representative who were the buyers of my vehicle.
I did mention in the review that I felt the dealer had pressurised me into accepting a significantly reduced price for my vehicle, 28.4% lower than the original bid price made by Parkgate Motor Hub Ltd.
Motorway had emailed me on the day following the completion of the sale asking for feedback I didn’t approach Trustpilot nor did I initiate the review it was requested from me Within 5 minutes of uploading my review I received the following 6 text messages from the dealer “What’s with the shite review” U didn’t upload properly pics” The qr nothing to do with me “ “The car wasn’t described accurately can’t use being 2007 as excuse “ “You’ve given me a bad reviews not motorway who’s process made it long for you not me “ I helped ring them for you “
