Send wrong item and did not allow to return it.

after I ordered a coffee machine at Parket en Meer they send me an email stating they didn't have the machine they advertised and offered an alternative. I replied that I rather not have a replacement, but they send it any way. A different machine than they said they would send arrived the next. I requested to return the coffee machine, however the refused to provide me with the return procedure. I then canceled the payment trough my credit card. Then they send me an email requesting to make the payment again or they would instruct a debt collection agency.
