I cannot recommend this service for the…
I cannot recommend this service for the following reasons:
Cleaning ladies walked in with shoes in the entire house!
Even though we handed over the keys & discussed with the former owner Roy that only these two ladies we met were allowed to enter the house - the keys were handed over to other cleaning ladies of the company which we found very unprofessional!
Several times the receipt was incorrect (like extra cost for ironing when no ironing had been done).
Once they came too early (we hadn’t left for work)- another time they did not turn up at all.. nothing reliable.
Furthermore every time we got home from work we had to put the chairs down from the table etc; in general nothing seemed on its place- very inconvenient.

Boot covers are worn inside the house or shoes taking off when inside the door.
From day one I meantion that we cover sick and holidays for all our clients. You were not happy with one of the cover ladies and you phone me saying that you only wanted the two girls and never happened again. 1 time we didn't show up cause Annmarie was out sick and I was afraid to send another person in and I contacted you about it.
Parkes Cleaning only charge by hour NOT for ironing. We got text from you saying 3.5hours so we done the time. I took off the .5 in good faith.
Chairs were kept up so the floors could dry properly and its the last thing we do before we go out the door, also for items to be moved a small bit around means we just dont go around things, we can't put everything back exactly where they were as we need to show that everything underneat is done.

5 stars for Parkes Cleaning Services
I used this cleaning service for 3 years, only finishing as I took a career break from work and now have time (but not the inclination 😊) to clean the house myself!
I found Roy and the other employees to be excellent...highly trustworthy which to me is paramount. It was a joy to come home to a clean and tidy house after they had been. Their attention to detail was great and I have to say I’d really recommend them.

Delighted with the service
I availed of Parkes cleaning services recently and I have to say it was the best thing I've treated myself to in a good while. The girls were not onky thorough and professional but genuinely lovely to deal with. I have recommended Parkes to my friends and will continue to spread a good word about them.

Great service
Great service. Have been using their weekly cleaning service for a number of months. They provide extra services like window cleaning which really suits me. I have animals in the house and they are never stressed after Parkes cleaning being in the house.

I would definitely recommend Parkes cleaning company. I have been a customer of theirs for the past three years. They never cancel, are trustworthy and easy to communicate with. If anything extra needs to be done on the day they have no problem doing it. If I need to reschedule they always find another slot to fit me into.
