I received the caramel suede handbag after a very long wait. I didn't like it, and returned it by mail. The refund process was long , and arduous. I emailed them several times about my refund. I'm certain they only refunded me when they did because of the emails that I sent. They also took $18.00 from my refund. The quality of the suede was not worth $748.00.
I had been eyeballing the Cross Your Heart Sling bag in platinum for many months, maybe a year. It’s expensive, almost $500 not including the strap, but it’s beautiful.
I finally pulled the trigger and I love it! I got the pink and red strap, so fun. The quality is excellent and several months later I’m still in love. Definitely worth the money.
The only drawback is there aren’t a variety of zipped compartments. I’m a big fan of hands free belt bags, my fave for everyday is my Adidas with six zipped compartments.
Nevertheless I do love this sling bag. I just may have to find a couple of zipped bags that will fit in the sling, then it will be my everyday bag.
Purchased a very expensive sling bag, used it maybe 7 times & found a hole next to the seam. Contacted the company who insisted I had ripped it & it was not warranted. Left multiple reviews on Facebook as to the quality, & poor level of customer support so they blocked me. Took the bag to a leather repair shop & they agreed the hole was due to craftmanship. Beware that you may be spending $$$$ on a bag that doesn't last.
