I attended weekly Baby Active fitness classes for 9 months following the birth of my son. I found the classes brilliant for getting my pre-pregnancy fitness back and also for building confidence in knowing what I can accomplish with support.
I had an emergency c-section and was nervous about doing any kind of exercise for weeks afterwards but in the classes Mary explained which exercises were safe and ensured I was doing them properly to avoid injury while also making sure I was pushing myself. The classes are also a fantastic way to meet like minded mums at a similar stage in their post natal journey. I would highly recommend to all new mums and mums-to-be.
