Ordred my Leaf Blower/Vacuum and wasn't expectingit until next week.....2 days later there it is.....DAMN!!!! what a beauty, not used it yet, need 2 stroke oil and petrol, but its lightweight and looks the dogs b*ll*cks

Quick response to query and very quick free delivery

Ordered a petrol lawnmower, price was great and delivery next day, it arrived box soaked in oil, lawnmower covered in oil covered air filter, deck, handles etc id understamd if box stated must be this way up or contains oil. Machine is covered in labels stated no oil within. So courier probably threw it around but now ive got an oil covered lawnmower and probably a very smokey run if it goes at all

Purchased a fan, as it explicitly stated with express delivery it would be delivered in 2 days. Did not arrive, called customer services who could not have been less interested and tried fobbing me off with it had missed the cut off time which was untrue. Taken a day off work to take the delivery as it had to be signed for. Only reason I used this company was because they offered and I paid for express delivery. No idea when it will arrive as tracking showing not at the delivery centre. Appalling . Once they have the money they dont give a damn

Second product bought first was a 2” water pump 2yrs ago, brilliant and still running. Just purchased a brush cutter and so far so good.

Brilliant service, quick delivery not ,put up yet but will be doing this afternoon.

Haven't tried the item but it came 3 days before the date expected so there delivery service is amazing if you want your goods quick

Fantastic customer service, I had an issue with a piece of equipment that had failed, after answering a few questions about it and supplying some images of the fault they soon had a replacement in the post. Very happy with the service.

Great product easy to order and fast delivery well made seen cheaper like temu and shein for round about £29:99 but poles weren't telescopic you had to click the poles in one at a time to much hastle trying to take 20 foot pole down

This relates to a Parker Brand multi tool that I was given for my birthday. I will start by saying that I already have a PB chainsaw and post hole borer that work fine.
5 months into ownership the trouble started.
The big problem with PB is that when things go wrong, the PB customer care is non existent. My multi tool had been used for strimming with no problem but when I started to use it as a hedge cutter, it failed. Examination revealed that the fuel pick up pipe had snapped off just below the grommet in the tank. When the tool is used in a single plane, the weighted fuel filter stays pretty much in one position but as a hedge trimmer, the filter is moving about a lot and this flexing causes the pipe to fail. The pipe used by PB is not fit for purpose. I reported this to PB and then the problems started.
Firstly, they just request proof of purchase. No problem. Then another email requesting photographs. No problem. Then another email requesting fuel used and again no problem but why this couldn't have been in a single email, heaven only knows.
PB then informed me that fuel pipes are considered to be wear and tear items and not covered under warranty. They also stated that fuel should be emptied from the machine after each use. What nonsense! They even told me that my fuel pipe had corroded. Plastic pipe corroded? They offered to sell me a new pipe and grommet for £14!
It seems to me that PB will do anything to wear the customer down until they surrender which I duly did and replaced the fuel pipe myself. But the saga does not end there. With the new pipe in place. I carried on hedge cutting only to find that once again, the machine stopped. This time, there was no ignition spark. Knowing that PB would only state that the warranty was invalid because of previous work carried out by an unauthorised agent, I resisted the urge to battle it out with PB and purchased a new coil. I am not alone inexperiencing this type of treatment from PB. I leave you to decide if you want to take the chance with them.

I've used ParkerBrands for many years and own several of their products, which are low cost and value for money.

I'd recommend them - after all, one can buy 2 or 3 PP chain saws for the prices of a Stihl or similar.

Service support is OK but seems to have gotten worse in recent years. Also, watch out for the limitations of the '2 year warranty' which is not as good as it seems at first glance!

Still a good & reliable supplier of low cost garden products.

Bought on 5th June 2026 the pull cord stopped working in July and they say it is wear and tear and not covered by the warrenty, which is 30 days for this part. I would have hoped that it would have lasted more than 30 days even with constant use, which it definitely didn't have as I only have moderate size garden and I did not use it enough to wear it out as I have MS and can't work constantly. Also the.locking pin came out whilst it was in use and that isn't covered either. Not sure what is tbh. Very poor service and very disappointed in this company
