Scammers. The car park is closed, but they still take your money and send an entry code. when you get there is is shut up, and the telephne number and email addresses they give do nopt work. They even disputed my refund claim., Scammers

I booked parking on 10th Dec 2025 and when I got there the car park is closed and has been for months. I had to contact my bank to get my money back.

Should have read the reviews before i booked.
Traveling tomorrow so i have time to check in someplace else
But have lost my money.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I used this parking last year and it was excellent at faro airport for my camper van. I booked and paid online again this year. When I arrived the parking is closed. It’s gone bust. The phone numbers and emails don’t work so they’ve stolen my money. No refund. I had to pay for last minute alternative parking and was told there that this company no longer exists. Do not use!!

An absolute minus 100!! Booked and paid online to find a temporarily closed parking lot!!
Also, Last year I made a booking with them including a car wash I paid for in advance. The parking lot was open but the car wash never happened and they never refunded or replied to any of my messages.

The person renting the Park and Trip land for this car park near Faro airport has not paid the land owner rent for 3 years. The owners are now refusing entry to anyone who has booked for the Park and Trip website. We were refused entry yesterday, please don't book this carpark you will end up having to find alternative parking.

I booked by internet and paid 60€….
When we arrived the gates were closed. Ring the bell….no one came. Called an O5 number…had been cut off. Tried another by the bell….no answer. So we left and parked at the P4 airport parking lot. When we were in line for the plane they phoned on 0652942726. Where were we??? Yes we did go to the new address. The man said I would be refunded after 2weeks. I waited 3 then called them on the above number and was told I need to wait another week for my refund. Now I month + and no refund.

If I get it I will come back on here and say so. If you don’t want stress don’t book with this company!
I have used them about 3 times in the past and they were good….I think there has been a change of ownership.
I wish I had read all these bad reviews before booking.

I booked car parking for 3 days online and paid when i reach three there is no one in the parking area office is closed you need to park your car by your own risk and wgen i come back to collect my car even my car have petrol deposit is almost empty it's mean some stole my car petrol i tried to contact them by phone call number is not working and i also send them email i don't get reply from them

I took photos of my dashboard before I left town. Someone put 4000 km on my car and put a dent in the back bumper and back of car
So someone’s been driving my car maybe multiple people maybe they rent them out when the owners are out of town ! when it was left there in good faith not only have people been driving my car but they put damage on the back end of my car. I’ve sent multiple emails and nobody responds the first time I left my car there someone left their credit card inside my car so I knew someone was driving it as I found some random person‘s name’s credit card in my car. My car is a BMW M4 my car is very special to me! And abuse it has been through by this company is very sad that they don’t even wanna respond on an email and take responsibility for their illegal deceptive business. How can someone put 4000 km on someone else’s car without insurance? It’s theft! And they will not have the last of me until they correct this issue and fix my damage on my car and reimburse me all the money. I’ve paid them and more for the 4000 km on my very special car.

Parked for a week at Bordeaux. This company are cowboys operating what is not in any way a service that you ever want to use. Rude staff waiting 2 hours to be picked up outside the airport perimeter ( so they avoid car parking charges). We waited 2 hours in the pouring rain. You might as well leave your car in a field as the security is zero and customer service is NON EXISTANT

We've used this company a lot and always been pleased with it until now. We used the one at Bordeaux airport recently and instead of being dropped at the airport entrance we were dumped on the roadside the other side of the airport carpark and had to drag our cases all the way through the large carpark to get to the airport - that wasn't the deal we had with them and we were very unhappy. The driver told us that the airport authorities had changed things and they were only allowed in/out of the car park 4 times a day, I guess this must mean its happening to all the off site car parks round Bordeaux. There was only one guy doing the office stuff, moving cars about and doing the transfers to/from the airport, huge backlog of people and he couldn't cope with the demand. It was a nightmare which I would not wish on anyone - DONT USE THEM

Don't us this company, turned up no parking. Not good when your flying away on holidays

I have used them a few times in Lisbon and every time it’s been fast and easy. The price is very competitive and the staff is friendly. I recommended them to my friend and she was also happy with the service.

I used this company for the first time this week. I was flying from Faro airport, away for 4 days. As it was so inexpensive, I was a bit dubious to be honest. However, I was totally blown away by the lengths they went to to ensure it was a good experience. I was greeted at the gate by name, told where to park, then as it was raining, they took me by car to the airport, which is a 5 min walk. There was even an umbrella to hand as I was getting out of the car! Finally, as I left I was given a number to call on my return, with a promise to come pick me up.
I couldn’t fault this company, and will be telling all my friends.

DONT USE!

I booked and paid for a reservation. When I arrived nobody was there so I, with several others, had to go to the main parking area at the airport and pay.
When I returned I was offered a refund but I said that they should pay the amount it had cost to park in Cark Park 2. They agreed and I forwarded my bank details.
After many months I still have no refund and they do nit answer my emails?
The company is terrible and effectively stole my money.
