Booking was really easy. shuttle…
Booking was really easy and the shuttle bus was regular.
On our return at midnight, we had a flat battery and maintenance came straight away and got is sorted. Will definitely use again.

Efficient and easy parking
Parking was efficient with guys directing us where to park even at 2am. Didn't have to wait any more than 5 mins for the bus both going out and coming back. So all in all it was a seamless experience and would use again.

Surface of car park is AWFUL in places
Normally I’m very happy with your service, but on this occasion I was really not impressed with my experience.
I was told where to park, and the route I was directed to take involved driving almost the full length of the car park over a surface that felt and sounded completely unsuitable for car tyres. Providing a surface that cars can safely and comfortably drive on surely ought to be a basic requirement of an airport car park. I genuinely wondered whether my tyres or wheels were going to be damaged.
I was also unclear why I was directed to a specific parking area. On previous bookings I have been able to choose where I parked, which I preferred. I appreciate there may be operational or logistical reasons for changing this, but the experience was noticeably worse as a result.
The shuttle service was very good, as usual.

Single pick up point & the bus frequency has improved which…
The bus frequency has improved which was an issue the first time I used the car park, which is a huge enhancement. The single pick up point at T1 is major attraction whereas the Airport car park buses all serve T2 resulting in a having to go back into the airport again to pick up at T2, this alone will ensure I will always firstly choose Park2Trave.
