Easy to use and clean
Easy to use and clean. This was my first frother, and after using my friends Nespresso frother, I wasn’t sure I’d like it as much. It is every bit as good at half the price. 👍🏻👍🏻😎
Excellent appliance
I spent some time going through the reviews of several different milk frothers before making my choice. The ParisRhone appliance was more expensive than some others - but in my opinion, well worth it. I do complete product reviews from time to time and very, very give 5 stars

I bought this particular model because it was recommended by Karen Jones of Food and Family on YouTube. I do love it and wish I’d bought one bigger and one that goes to 400. Other than that everything is great. I will be buying a larger one in the future.

DON'T BUY!! I absolutely do not recommend this brand. Customer service has been a nightmare. I ordered a $400 nugget ice maker at the end of October 2022. It broke in less than 7 months, well before the 12 month warranty was even up. I have been going back and forth with them via email for two weeks. I was told to add it to my wishlist so I can be notified when it comes back in stock. Problem-it’s not even listed on the website anymore. (This tells me they aren’t restocking it anytime soon, if at all likely because they've been so faulty). A lot of people had the same exact issues around the 6 months window just like mine. Now, they are telling me to pick another item to replace it with. First off, to choose another item close to that price point I'd either have to be oop for more or gett something for less. Neither of which, I'm interested in doing. I went through all the steps, even send a video of the ice maker showing my issues. I’ve tried explaining MANY times that I bought an ice maker because that’s what I need. I don’t need a home projector or a humidifier. I’ve stated multiple times I’d like to speak with a manager. Nope my requests are ignored over and over. I just keep getting replies and the run around from Jackie who refuses to send my email up the chain. I would’ve happy to get a replacement ice maker but since they have no idea if or even when it’ll be restocked, they are not able to replace it, even though I have a warranty and the policy states a replacement will be given. I am owed a refund and they keep stalling and are zero help whatsoever. Today, I will be calling my credit card company as well to make a complaint since they aren't holding up their end. What’s the point of a warranty if you aren’t even going to honor it? This is absolutely ridiculous. I’d avoid buying from them because if something does happen you can only speak via email...calling does nothing as they tell you they can’t help you it must be done via email. They must be overseas because I only get emails between the hours of 2am-5am which tells me the people responding are overseas (likely China).
Absolutely skip this company and do not order from them. Don’t be fooled by great pics and descriptions with decent prices like I was. Save yourself the nightmare and order from a different company. And yes, I read the reviews for the product. They were great, at the time but now I'm seeing tons of complaints which tells me most of those people bought their ice makers at the same time I did and theirs also did NOT last.
Short lived and shot
So...I purchased the EK005, hot water kettle with variable temp control. I made a grand total of 5 cups of coffee over about a week's time. This morning I came in to the office and decided to make coffee. The temperature control / heating element has completely failed. It won't change the water even a degree from room temp, and I have a constant "--/--" reading on the digital display. This is nowhere in the user's manual, and it being that I depended on this kettle to make my morning coffee, you can imagine how little I enjoyed the rest of the morning with NO COFFEE. While the design is pretty, I find the product unreliable, cheaply made, and very irritating. Don't buy this unless you desire training in putting up with disappointment.

This air fryer doesn’t go to 400 degrees. And that’s the recommended temp for frying a turkey breast. I have not directions from Paris Rhine so I feel like I’m flying by the seat of my pants. Love the fryer but can’t get the temp up
