Bad & Slow Communication especially concerning Refund
In terms of location and amenities, the apartment was top-notch. Communication depends on whether you’re able to reach the right person. Even when you contact supervisors, it doesn’t immediately lead to action on the part of the staff. After renting for six months, it took two weeks and 10 emails before I got my security deposit back. There is still room for improvement when it comes to communication and response times.

Easy apartment search and rental process!
Paris Attitude made the apartment search and rental process exceptionally easy. Klara assisted us with finding a year-long rental within our budget in the area that we desired. Note that not all future rentals may actually be available as existing tenants may renew or extend their leases and that once the lease is signed, you work directly with the owner on the inspection and to address any issues that may come up during the course of your lease.

Efficient Premium Service
The team at PA were unbelievably efficient compared to the rest of the other agents i had used. Mihaela was very easy to work with and highly responsive, he/she even took the time to make alternative arrangements for my viewing when he/she could not make my preferred time slot. You do pay a premium, but at least thus far, i thought the premium was worth it given how much hassle it has saved me. Thank you PA

I used their service to rent an apartment in Paris. As soon as I checked in I could smell a strong stench of cigarette smell. I immediately made complaints but they didn't help a bit saying that the landlord cannot smell the discomfort. Of course the landlord can't smell it as he smokes as well.
The landlord provided some measures(ozone generators and cleaning of large fabrics) but the stench remained the same. I had to spend my own time and money to mop and clean all the walls and ceilings so that the smell can be mitigated.
The Agency had no part with the landlord providing those unhelpful measures. It is laughable to see them claim that early measures were put in place when they had nothing to do with those early measures and what’s worse those early measures did not work at all.
All my books, documents, bags that were left in the living room - where the stench is the strongest - also reeks of cigarette stench now. It is a travesty for the Agency to say that they have taken measures for me when I am in so much pain. When I constantly raised the issue they just told me to terminate the lease without taking ANY responsibility of their own.
They hide defects from property description and evade responsibility when confronted.
Never use them.

As soon as you reported the issue, solutions were quickly put in place. You were in direct contact with the owner, who responded efficiently and took immediate action: visiting the property, taking care of the curtains and carpet, and providing an ozone treatment device at your request.
For our part, we immediately relayed your request and shared the various options available, including contacts for specialist service providers if you wished to take the cleaning further.
In addition, in order to find a peaceful solution, we also offered you the option of giving notice and assisting you in your search for another flat at no additional cost.
We regret that, despite the landlord's responsiveness and the solutions proposed, your experience did not meet your expectations. Our priority remains to assist tenants and landlords in finding the most balanced solution possible when this type of difficulty arises.

Extremely Unprofessional Service and Waste of Time!
I find Paris Attitude's service to be extraordinarily unprofessional. I have now paid for and had two separate rental applications declined—one for a substantial amount of 2.6k, and a second for a significantly larger amount of 5k.
My payment was withheld both times, and even with a successful refund, it takes a full week to arrive in my bank account. This process has resulted in a significant waste of my time and unnecessary stress while trying to secure housing. I have now requested the refund for the second application as well. This service is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this agency.
