Very poor customer services, low payout and they'll keep your money when it suits them. Avoid

I posted a review on Feb 9th, gave it 3 stars, gone up a star as I stuck with it and have had a few good wins, instant withdrawal, and I get a good play, hope this review doesn't jinx me 😅

Awful you could be playing all day n you won't win nothing worse site I've ever been on don't waste your money.

Signed up for the welcome bonus of 200 free spins. I deposit the money then stake £10 to get some of the free spins. Then I am notified that I am stripped from offers and can’t use free spins. I contacted support and they said they are legally allowed to do this as it is hidden in the terms and conditions somewhere. Absolute scammers do not trust this company. Only go for welcome bonuses of brands that you have heard of not these random scammers.

Shocking. Signed up for the promotion offer deposited my money placed the qualifying bet and within 10 minutes of doing all this they blocked my account from any promotions but were happy to take my bet. Only reason I selected them was for the offer. Shocking

It has been over one month i have made 4 deposites if 10000/- each total 40000/-

Terrible experience, they will take everything you have, you will play £30 no bonus and just whenines are starting to come through the screen would appear with (server error) and force me to reload, when you reload the game is reset along with you win/loss ratio so the game assumes you as a new player, slimy company that I will be reporting to the gambling commission not only because of the terrible plays/theft/customer abuse above but I am signed up to Gamstop and they have broken their agreement with this company by letting me play, if they did I would never have been able to sign up let alone deposit and play. This company is scammer ... they takes no responsibility for withdrawal ... without paying money says withdrawal done .. and ticket closed .. fake company scammed me with 1000 euros

I made a deposit which was later cancelled, but I have still not received my refund. It has now been 4 months.
I submitted my bank statement as proof that the money was deducted from my account. Despite this, I keep receiving responses saying the payment provider did not receive the funds. However, the amount was clearly debited from my bank.
Waiting 4 months for a refund is completely unacceptable. The lack of proper resolution and clear communication is extremely disappointing.
I strongly urge the company to investigate this properly and return my money as soon as possible. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service

Absolute scam company. Advertise Bet £10 get £20 - allow you to bet and lose - then refuse to credit the free bet. No warning in advance. SCAMMERS - AVOID!

Wish I read all the negative reviews before joining with these time wasters. Its been over 3 weeks and still my account is restricted. All documents were provided and accepted on the same day!

Below is the only message you will get for them to justify stealing your money:

'Your account is being reviewed, and the relevant team will email you with the outcome once the review has been complete. There is no timeframe for this review. I do apologise for the inconvenience.'

The relevant team (Account Security Team) will tell you the same thing but with an extra line 'We will not respond to further queries this matter unless there is a change in status'.

Stay away from all brands related to BV Gaming!

My advice is to log your complaints through Resolver and press for a deadlock letter, then you can escalate to IBAS and the UKGC. Letting people not withdraw or delaying verification is a direct infringement on the UKGC licence so do not let these lot off!

Honestly I never write reviews but i had to on this one this parimatch. Are parasites they are just after your money I signed up ad a new customer and it says you don't have to opt in as a new promotion place £10 and that's it.
