Excellent product
Excellent product, excellent communications and swift templating and delivery. I went for antique smoked glass as a kitchen splashback and would 10/10 recommend.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, and competitive pricing. I found them very helpful and responsive from the get go. Very flexible offerings to suit my needs and budget. Gave good advice speaking both to sales and the technical team, and felt the genuinely cared about the detail and result so were proactively reaching out to me on several occasions about the detail.
Excellent service - 5 star!!!
I cannot praise PAR Glass enough for their communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism. Kaz and her team were exceptional. We will use again with no question.
Great bespoke mirror service
I was almost put off Parglass because of all the bad reviews. I’m really pleased I stuck with them, they were great. Eva was super responsive, helpful and professional from my first email.
We had a large mirror put into our en-suite bathroom across one wall, which is a tricky shape, with a thin shadow gap all round the edge. Because of this we thought we might need to have it in two or three pieces.
The fitter came on time, took half an hour, said we’d be able to have it in one piece (despite my scepticism).
They made it up, delivered and fitted it on time, and did a great job. The mirror looks great, we’re really pleased. Thank you.
Unprofessional and rude
Opted to have them fit our shower screen to go with a professional company rather than the cheaper option to order the pre fabricated glass, expecting a good design and fit. They’re team we’re extremely rude throughout the process and end result is a wonky shower screen. I raised the concern and they took a week to send 2 guys who only painted some areas where the last guy ruined the roof paint. Very unprofessional
JUST COWBOYS! AVOID
I am an architect and never been in contact with a such unprofessional and unreliable company. Do not use them! They charged me to amend mistakes they did leaving the glass even scratched. I will have now to pay a polishing service to fix it. I also realised while I was having a shower they even forgot ( or did deliberately) to not fix the ceiling support bracket to the ceiling so now the glass is moving but we cannot do anything to fix it. Amend this problem would mean uninstall everything... Just cowboys! AVOID AVOID AVOID
I don't recommend this company
I don't recommend this company, very poor customer service. Feels like they don't care about the customers and their satisfaction
Glass Splashbacks
Par Glass did a fantastic job on my glass splashbacks, they look stunning and as a client side Construction professional I am hard to please. The whole experience from start to finish was painless and extremely efficient with a very quick turnaround. Kaz in the office was particularly pleasant, efficient and helpful. Initially I was apprehensive as they have some poor Trustpilot reviews but when challenged Kaz provided an extremely convincing and accommodating response. Great value for money as well.
Splash back - lovely
I was recommended to Par Glass from a workman. Needed a splash back in our kitchen.
I was a bit sceptical at first due to the reviews here and on Google.
However, I contacted Eva and Par glass, scheduled a 'measurement visit', the installers did a great job measuring.
So you are unable to pay by credit card, losing consumer protections which was a bit disappointing. But Eva allowed me to pay for the materials/Glass by bank transfer and then separately for the installation which gave me confidence.
Once the order was placed a week later the installers came, very quick, very professional, they even had to remove the kitchen tap, but everything went smoothly and we love the splashback.
We chose a matte finish and love it.
I'd recommend Par Glass!
DO NOT USE
Let me start off with, if you would ask me would I recommend this company, my answer would be NO. They might be cheap but you pay for what you get with everything from the product, service, and especially the after care service. They don't care about their customers if they have issues once they have sold their products. The senior managers who all work remotely have no time for customer service and can take several months before they want to provide a solution. I am still awaiting a response for my second issue which has been on runing for 6 months now.
We chose to use PAR Glass due to their price via my fitted kitchen supplier. We went for a mirror glass splashback as it looked nice in the Kitchen suppliers showroom. Everything seemed all fine when PAR Glass came to template, however, it went all down hill from the installation. It all started with the quality of the fitters, one of which was still merry from a night out before with no sleep. Once installed I noticed quite a few bubbles and a big scratch in the glass, especially near areas that you would look at when showing family and friends, and unfinished areas on the edges of the glass. I contacted PAR Glass to let them of this fault with the glass. I did receive correspondance back, however, as it was a glass issue, they wanted their glass supplier to resolve the issue before they can provide a solution. This was frustrating as my contract was with them and not their supplier, therefore, PAR Glass should be providing a solution. This took months and months of back and forth emails before they could provide a resolution. While waiting for them to resolve an issues, the glass splashback started to crack as it wasn't toughened and not suitable behind a gas hob. At no point we were told that it wasn't suitable behind a gas hob even after they came to measure where the glas hob was installed. Once the cracks appeared they finally took some notice, however, it still took several months before they agreed on a solution. The solution was a new back painted glass splashback with toughened glass, however, again no customer service as we had to paid the difference for the new glass as it cost more even though it was their fault in the first place. We were so fed up and wanted to wash our hands of the company so we just went with it. We finally thought we were going to be at the end of it, however, more issues arised on the removal day of the old splashback and the fitting of the new splashback. We should have known we were going to have further issues whe the fitters were late. The fitters were some of the worse fitters I have ever had through the house. They weren't happy they had to work outside their normal working hours. Because they were grumpy they wanted to do everything quickly, which meant they didn't care what mess they made or quality of the installation. I was still cleaning smashed glass from a rug which they didn't move the day after and edges of my kitchen floor. Once they installed the glass splashback I noticed that there were a lot of imperfections with the coloured paint on the back of the glass splashback which can be easily seen and shows such poor quality of product. I told the fitter this and didn't care as it wanted to get home. I even asked him to take photo's so he can show the office when he went back, but again shrugged it off. I took photographs and sent it to the PAR Glass for them to provide a solution. They have corresponded, however, it's mean months since this issue. They require authorisation from their seniors before they can provide a solution, however, like most people they work remotely which apparently makes it harder for them to provide a solution. I did give them a timeframe to respond by a few times which they has now exceeded where they have yet to provide a solution. I now regret using them. Hopefully they will one day understand what customer service is.
Great Service
I used Par Glass twice in the last year and both times they were professional and I got a great service. Once was for a glass top on a large console table and the other was for a glass spashback in the cloakroom. Both items were perfect

Just reading a review on Par glass and its so familiar the way they interact with customers.
When they make a mistake they turn.
We asked for our Splashback to be made in one part, it arrived in two parts.
We rejected the item we were charged a cancellation fee because they made a mistake.
What i am saying is make sure you cross the t"s and dot the i"s no wiggle room.
Lots of emails with, "if it goes wrong".
Or save your self unnecessary stress and look elsware.
Great Team
Excellent Team and excellent quality Mirrors, I smashed my Mirror a few months ago and Par Glass were very efficient and quick to help me with my request.
They did it all, from removing my smashed mirror to measuring and then installing! The team were polite and helpful, despite my million questions!
Highly Recommend!

Just finished my splashback in the kitchen and would highly recommend them , from start to finish, was a pleasure dealing with Kaz and the rest of the employers and would highly recommend them , I personally was very happy with the whole project.
Quality & dishonesty issue, Splashback cracked in 2 days o f installation
Giving ** (2 stars because they have completed installation)
We had placed an order to install splashback to our newly fitted kitchen. Though Par Glass was costlier compare to other vendors who installs splashback, we selected this company only due to earlier installation date promised as we were hurry in wrapping up extension project, which ran just above 3 months.
Par Glass team had to visit in total 5 times my place to fully & correctly complete installation. Below is the timeline, I am putting for reference.
1. 10th Aug - Initial measurement.
2. 20th Aug - Installing Splashback partially, as sockets cutout were incorrectly measured.
3. 25th Aug - Installing remaining 2 splashbacks. They could install one of them, as other one was again having again cut out issue. This time it was incorrectly cut though correctly measured.
4. 27th Aug - Installing left over splashback.
5. 30th Aug - Cracked notices early morning as soon as I entered kitchen (close to bottom edge)
6. 2nd Sep - Final installation replacing cracked one.
Very very disappointed seeing such kind of professional service, which is costing splashback installation in 4 digits (££££).
I understand that dealing with glass is always challenging, but also trusting professional service, it can go wrong one or twice. But in this case, it has happened more than that.
Additionally, each time I had to asked my builder/electrician to come and install sockets post splashback fitted. Being gentleman, he did not charge me on 2 occasion, as it was part of kitchen readiness contract. But he charged for 2 other occasion, where he had to come out to install socket only, as contracted was completed around 25th August.
I raised my concern with Par Glass as soon as 2nd time installation failed and requested discount which will help in compensating expense which my builder was charging.
I was told by them, they would be discussing internally with Sr. Mgmt and Director regarding further discount, but their aim is to complete installation.
At that time I knew their intention to conclude work without providing discount and raised flag to project manager. I was promised that "WE DO NOT WORK/OPERATE LIKE THAT. WE ARE WELL BRANDED COMPANY AND WE WILL LOOK INTO POSSIBILITY OF PROVIDING DISCOUNT".
When I started following on discount post installation, I was told bluntly by them "WE DO NOT HAVE POLICY TO PROVIDE DISCOUNT AND WE WILL NOT PROVIDE". I would consider this as dishonesty and cheating.
When I was arguing with them in anger over the pone call, I was also threatened by company saying " CALL IS GETTING RECORDED".
Interestingly, when I followed up on discount over the mail, I was told that in response to trouble caused to me, as gesture company has provided 4 pieces of cut coloured & polished glasses (250mm X 350mm) which is costing £30 each in total £120.00
POINT TO NOTE : I had never requested or asked for any gesture from them compensating expense towards my electrician visit. I was neither told by their installation team saying this is in compensation and you will not be getting discount. There are sitting in my backyard for no reason as they are no use of me. I do not understand this what kind of forcible gesture is ?
I think I have said enough to give review seekers an idea, what kind of company I was dealing with.
At last but not least, My polite and humble request to be aware of such kind of businesses who breaks customer trust and do not believe in being transparent.
For me and believe for any customer, it would be one of life time affair (installing splashback to their kitchen) and the costlier item in their kitchen.
Much appreciated and thank you for reading lengthy review.
PAR Glass are fantastic!
My new splash backs are utterly beautiful and look so good! My experience with Matt, Kaz and the team was a great one; they were ready and professionally installed within a week of my ordering. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PAR Glass to friends and my builder says the same.
glass splashback…
I recently had a glass splashback fitted all round the kitchen.
The fitters were polite, friendly and professional.
I am very pleased with the results,
I would definitely recommend Par glass to family and friends.
A good service from start to finish.
Shower screen leaks very badly
Shower screen leaks very badly. Big pool of water outside, even after a very short shower.
When I queried this with Par Glass they told me the screens are only designed to be "splash proof", and a leak like this is normal...
They then later said that my installer must have installed it wrong, contradicting their earlier point. So I'm very confused.
When I asked for any sort of instructions on how to install the seal, they have been unable to provide anything.
They also charged me for extra items I didn't order (an extra brass hinge). Luckily I double checked the invoice, as I had missed this first time around.
I have been emailing customer services to try and get better instructions or for them to come and fix it, but no luck. So sadly am having to get an extra plastic seal to stick on top of the faulty product to stop water leaking. It's not going to look great, but the only solution I have been able to find - with no help by Par Glass.

Just used this company for kitchen backsplash and glass bar top . Service and fitting was spot on . Would recommend
Incompetent and unprofessional
Incompetent and unprofessional. Avoid completely and at all cost.
They damaged our brand new wardrobe doors and handles and would not take responsibility (because I was forced to sign the delivery paper in my building’s corridor after having just 5 minutes to inspect).
Plus they had to do the mirrors twice because the first time they transported them without allowing time to set and when they were delivered the mirrors had slipped off.
If you do decide to use PAR Glass, do not sign the delivery paper unless you inspect fully the product they have delivered.
