Do not deal with this company. Total scam
On December 10th I have ordered a parfume from Parfumscanada.com. On December 24th I saw on delivery company website that my order was delivered. No pictures, no package. The delivery company didn't respond. So I asked perfumscanada.com to help me or to refund my money. They just responded that the order was delivered. I asked to send me a confirmation picture. They ignored me. I asked about refund, and they ignored me again. I don't suggest to order anything from this online store.
They are selling knock offs. It's fine if that is what you want but they are trying to pass as legit. I Bought D&G Light Blue. There was no serial number embossed on the box as there should be. The box was not velvety as it should be. The color of the product was yellow instead of a clear/blueish color. Clearly fake. They won't offer a refund. If you are looking for the real stuff, this is not it.
To anyone considering purchasing from this store.
On May 1st, we ordered Givenchy Hot Couture 3.3fl ox, Women's Eau De Toilette Spray from your website.
On May 6th, we received the incorrect item, listed as Hot Couture Edspray.
We've reached out with a request for a refund and have been ignored. We then received an automated email from the store that the order was refunded; however, it was not refunded. When checking our bank account, not only have we not received a refund (despite the return policy stating that they provide refunds) we have also been charged again nearly 3 weeks later. We have now been charged over C$300 for an item we have not received. It appears we received a fake refund notification and the merchant attempted to charge us again.
The receipt we received their your store clearly shows an image of the item we purchased of a completely different name, color, and brand. The item we received is not the item we purchased. Furthermore, we have received no communication from the seller and an additional unauthorized charge.
I do not recommend that anyone use this store.
