Die gelieferte Aftershave-Lotion war deutlich überlagert. Sie war gelb und flockig, einzelne Bestandteile setzten sich ab. Normalerweise ist das Produkt weiss und homogen. Die Reklamation per Email und Kontaktformular blieb unbeantwortet.

Ich habe dort eine Zarya Kerze bestellt, leider wurde mir eine andere Kerze zugesand, nach Kontaktaufnahme via Mail mit der Bitte um Retoure, wurde mir 25 % Erlass angeboten, dies habe ich abgelehnt, weil ich gerne das Produkt haben möchte, was ich auch bestellt habe.
Darauf hin kam keine Antwort mehr zurück und auch telefonisch ist die Parfumlounge nicht erreichbar.
Mir wurde ein Fakeprodukt geliefert ( habe mindestens 2 eindeutige Merkmale, die auf eine Fälschung hindeuten, ausmachen können). Die Firma bestreitet, dass sie dieses Produkt an mich versendet hat!!! Dann wurde der Fall geschlossen!!! Sie versuchen noch nicht einmal zu testen, ob sie vielleicht noch weitere Fälschung dieser Charge im Lager haben!!!!! Da ich einen Sprühstoss durchgeführt habe, um es zu testen, wird der Flakon noch nicht mal zurückgenommen!
