A complete scam. They send fake track and trace codes, lie about canceling orders and never payback anything. They block you on social media when you share their fake track and trace codes to warn people. There is no bigger scam then this company!

I ordered an Armani perfume and receive some nasty generic, nameless Lily of the Valley stuff from China! I reported it to them and they said it was an error and that if I sent back the nasty stuff at my own expense, they would send me the product I actually ordered. I didn't do this, I took pictures and a video of what I was sent and raised a dispute with my credit card company for a reversal. Visa credited my account quickly and said they would investigate and may reverse the credit if their findings supported the company. Well, nearly a year later and I've heard nothing, so I got my money back but who needs the hassle?! Stay away from this company or if you're going to take the risk use a credit card and NOT debit card or paypay etc.

I ordered two perfumes over 3 months ago and have received neither the products nor my money back.
I have sent 6 emails and kept getting delayed with excuses. Over one month ago, they confirmed the refund, but until today I have not received any money.
This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers are being ignored and misled.
I strongly advise everyone not to order from this website.

I bought a niche perfume and received an essential oil from China, nothing to do with it. They ask for a few days for the return, but they never return it, until the deadline for complaints expires. They are fake. Run away from this website!

Porudžbinu sam napravila **još 16. aprila**, i od tada se mesecima borim da dobijem ono što sam platila ili da mi makar refundiraju novac. Umesto originalnog parfema, dobila sam **falsifikat**: neorginalna ambalaža, bez zaštitne folije, sadržaj koji nema nikakve veze sa originalnim mirisom.

Kada sam ih kontaktirala, tražili su mi "video otpakivanja" (koji, naravno, nije bio tražen tokom porudžbine) i tvrdili da je adresa za povraćaj "na paketu" – što je besmisleno i protivno zakonima o zaštiti potrošača.

Uprkos višestrukim pokušajima, njihov odgovor je izbegavanje, ignorisanje i prebacivanje odgovornosti na kupca. Ne žele da vrate novac niti da pošalju pravi proizvod.

Ovo je **klasična online prevara**. Sajt ima sve karakteristike scam stranica:
- Nema transparentne kontakt informacije
- Falsifikovana roba
- Komunikacija prestaje kada tražiš svoja prava
- Oslanjaju se na to da ćeš odustati

This is a serious warning to anyone considering buying from the website parfumla.com - DON'T DO IT.

I placed an order back on April 16, and for months now I've been fighting to either receive what I paid for or at least get a refund. Instead of an original perfume, I received a counterfeit: non- authentic packaging, no protective cellophane wrap, and a scent that has nothing to do with the original fragrance.

When I contacted them, they demanded an "unboxing video" (which of course was never mentioned during the ordering process), and claimed the return address was "on the package" - which is nonsense and completely against

consumer protection laws
Despite multiple attempts, their response has been to evade, ignore, and shift the blame onto the customer. They refuse to issue a refund or send the correct product.

This is a classic online scam. The website displays all the signs of a fraudulent operation:

This is an absolute scam company. They will tell you orders have been shipped and even send you pictures of a fragrance that they find online. They don't ship anything. They will message you back but always be very vague and continue to say that the product is coming and never offer any refunds. Stay away at all costs!

After over 3!!! months still not received my order. They are just lying about having it shipped and being with the transporter in country of destination
Now after 3 week of emailing, they say they will refund, but this may take 20 business day!! It,s just a scam this website, DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

This company is a total FRAUD! I placed an order for items that were discontinued but they miraculously had them in stock (not 1 but 4!) I order 4 bottles of this perfume in December. After a month of not receiving my package I emailed them (as there is no contact number only email) and advised I don't have my package. They told me no worries they are in contact with the postal service and will have an answer for me shortly. I didn't hear from them for weeks and reached out again, they send me a "tracking number". The tracking number was not real as it went into a website stating "error" and other websites said there where 5 companies that could possibly have this tracking number I tried all of them - no such tracking number. When I told them I would contact Visa and the authorities (after I read some of the reviews stating to beware of this company) they said they would issue a refund which would process in 2-20 days (never heard of a refund taking so long). After 20 days I contacted them again because of course there was NO REFUND issued. I contacted Visa and escalated this issue and reached out to them to which they said they would process the refund today (after the 20 days and it would take a further 20 days to get issued). TOTAL FRAUD! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

After 3 months, instead a perfume i ordered, i have received an oil from CHINA. A scam.

Ordered Zegna Forte recieved some chinese candla parfume. Do not order!

It's a scam. They list items they don't even have for a fraction of the cost then send you random fragrance oil from China worth a fraction of what you paid. Once you get in touch, they pretend it's an error from the supplier and claim they'll send the correct item which they never do.

I am waiting since june of my Parfum. They always have another excuse why it‘s not working. They send me their delivery „rules“. I think the order will never arrive to me. It‘s a Fake shop so be careful!!!

This is a Scam website. The ETA has passed, yet no tracking information has been provided.
They are avoiding my contact.

I will file a complaint with the payment gateway, Square, and I will make sure to cause trouble for the site operator for life

Two months later and long after delivery dates are passed, im still waiting for my French Perfume apparently shipped from Shatian (China) with an Allibaba Afilitate..... Sounds trust worthy?

Added: please note my review here has been flagged 4 times by parfumla new reason every time always in the wrong. They really want to suppress the facts instead of resolving the issue.

They have a great niche selection and an excellent sample service. The delivery is always speedy and the customer service is great. Never a problem. 10/10

A scam website no delivery no tracking number lost €350. I asked them to refund but no answer. They are not replying to my emails. And they are blocking any Instagram account I use to contact them.
