Amount never refunded!
It has been 2 years since Parfumdreams has promised and overpromised to refund the amount of 35 Euro!! This amount has never been refunded to my account, despite the tens of emails committing to look into it and resolve the problem. Nonetheless, I shared previously my feedback on Trustpilot and they apologised in written for the inconvenience and they promised to refund the amount. Nothing happened.…
There are dozens of other clients who experienced the same situation…
As a conclusion, once you trust them and keep buying from Parfundreams, the story repeats!

I had positove expereince with them. Purchased few things on their website, but for the "system mistake" payment was processed- but order didn't, so after 5 days, when no confimation email came, I contacted their customer service, they returned the money right away and offered me a discount on my next purchase as an apology. That was professionally handeled, hence 5 stars.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Placed an order more than 1 month ago and never received the product. I reached out to the company and they said they would look into it and then never responded. Do not recommed and will not order from this company again.
