Good website, fast and reliable customer service
I was hopelessly searching for YSL Encre de Peau cushion refill and came across Perfumdreams. They have this product with such a great price. I placed an order and then waited for a week but didn’t receive any update regarding the status of my order. I was a little worried so I searched for reviews about the website and found a lot of bad reviews which made me even more worried. I contacted Parfumdreams on Instagram and they responded me immediately and forwarded my question to their customer service. Right after that I received an email saying clearly that one of my products is currently not available and will be back in stock within 10-15 days (which is my fault that I didn’t read the description on the website). They asked if I could wait or they could ship only the available products or If I would like to cancel the order and get a refund. I chose to cancel the order and immediately got a refund to my Paypal account (everything was done just in one afternoon). Then I placed an other order and everything went great this time; the shipment was fast (ordered on Wed and I got my package next Tue), the products were all nice; plus there’re also a little perfume sample and some discount codes for other websites. I am really satisfied and even though I rarely write a review, I’m still writing this one to tell about my good experience with Parfumdreams 😊.

Do not respect customers
The customer service cancelled the order without my consent and did not give me a reasonable explanation. They do not respect customers. I didn't use two accounts at all. One of the orders was paid by Amazon Pay, so the Amazon mailbox was displayed. Moreover, no matter which account I use, you can't cancel the order without consulting with me!

Il rimborso le è stato fatto per evitare che ricevesse un ordine doppio effettuato per errore in quanto dall'account dal quale ci scriveva non risultava nessun ordine associato; se lo desidera può effettuare un nuovo gradito ordine.
