Scammers!!!!

Scammers!!!!

ive returned items for 65 euro, but as i see in my bank, they plan refund only 25+8 euro!!!! where is the rest of my money????!!!!!! at all my e mails merchant sent bot prepared answers, what dont fit to my requests and sense of my emails.

If u want to save yr nervous system and money, i dont advice anybody to place the order at this site.

They will sale with pleasure, but u will have big problems with refund for return.

give me my money back, scammers!!!!!

p.s This is my personal opinion and value judgment, without the purpose of offending anyone.

The absolute worst customer service I…

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This website debited me twice by mistake for a purchase. When I told them of the error they basically refused to credit my account and told me to contact my bank. I will never use this site again. Terrible.

No message or refund when they cancel your order

I would rate 0 star if there is an option. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have received an order confirmation email. I haven't heard back from the website since then. My partner reminded me this morning to check my order and I found out that my order has been cancelled. No email, no refund. I would expect the company to process refund as soon as they cancelled my order, and send out communication as well. This is really not acceptable.

Awful experience so far!!!

I have placed an order with this company and they have held it twice now. Ordered it 8 days ago and they said it was in transit and shipped but then have sent me a email with and invoice and my account says I need to pay for it when I already have??!! Ive sent an email to customer service but judging by the awful reviews on here Im not holding my breath for a reply. How hard can it be just to put a product in a box and post it to paying customer??!!

A good experience till it isn’t…

A good experience till it isn’t anymore. Everything goes well unless you have an issue. Customer service doesn’t answer emails. I have to send 4 emails to get 1 reply. My product stopped working and I returned it. They first said I would get a refund because they don’t deal with product exchange (which I never got). Weeks later I get another email stating that they will repair the product and send it back. Completely contradictory but whatever as long as I get my product… They even sent a tracking number (that was inactive and when I logged in again after days it said the product was sent back to the sender without even having presented to the final destination). No information on if and when I should receive it. After several emails they say it will take 4-5 weeks ; it’s been 8 and still nothing. Again emails without any answer and I start to seriously doubt I would either see my money or the product back… don’t order on that website. It was my first and last time.

no refund and order was cancelled by them. over 100 euros lost is a lot of money for a student. customer service wont reply, instead they say it is the software engineers faulth
