Horrible attitude towards customers
TL;DR: they don't care about customers. Don't buy here.
I've ordered a perfume and was waiting for delivery. After a couple days of receiving neither follow up emails nor the package I got worried and started checking the order in "my orders" for any information. There was no tracking link found so I thought the order wasn't shipped for whatever reason.
After a couple weeks I've decided to contact the shop -which they didn't reply to for a while, - and after opening a PayPal case finally received a tracking id for the parcel.
According to DHL it was delivered soon after the order was placed without any notifications or ringing the door (while I was at home on quarantine 24/7).
Then I've checked the "spam" folder in my GMail - and found there the emails from the shop! Including one with tracking link.
After adding all this info to PayPal case the shop did nothing, didn't propose any help to find the parcel with DHL and didn't acknowledge messing up e-mail sendouts so that they end up in spam.
So now I've just lost a considerable amount of money and neither this shop nor DHL want to take any responsibility for it. And there is no proof that the package actually delivered.
Just don't bother.
