There's not a clear way to cancel the subscription. I've tried to email with no success, I'm hoping to go through my credit card somehow to cancel that way. I didn't end up getting the value I'd hoped out of the ADHD app.

Fraudulent Scam
Scam... repeat... parentingleader is a scam! They bait you with what appears to be a one-time charge for services, then try to submit unauthorized charges on your credit card on the next billing cycles. Thankfully my CC company flagged the bogus charges, and I was able to open a fraud investigation.

They don't honor their own policies
Scam, scam, scam. Tried it out and while the content wasn't terrible, accessing it was a pain, and the real problem showed up when the next auto charge hit on day 29 without a reminder, at least a couple weeks after I stopped interacting with the app. I sent them an email and initially was told sure no problem, their policy is within 30 days as long as 7 lessons had been completed and to send them a screenshot. I had completed 10 so I sent the screenshot and then *silence*. I followed up 7 days later, the person (or bot?) said she'd follow up, never did. I'm reviewing my charges and realize it never refunded so I reach out again today and am told since the refund was not processed within 30 days I'm no longer elgible. WHAT? That is not my fault, I requested within 29 days and THEY dropped the ball now I'm out $63.89.
