No delivery, no information

I was supposed to get a parcel sent by this company that I had never heard of. Seems they are some kind of broker for FedEx. Unlike with FedEx, the tracking website is terrible - information only comes after attempted delivery. Delivery never gets made and then it’s sent somewhere nowhere near my address for pickup with no notification from anyone.
Only after I went back to the shipper was I able to investigate what happened.
In short, whoever these people are, I would steer clear. Better to stick with the big companies who have some semblance of customer service.
