Extremely easy process

Extremely easy. I have bought a lot from Shein and this is the first time I have decided to return anything. Such an easy process. Staff were very friendly.

The parcelpoint got my numbers mixed up…

The parcelpoint got my numbers mixed up on two items and the employee accidently marked it off as picked up, this is going to stuff up ebays delivery status. I physically saw the first item in their holding box but it doesnt have the right number , so they couldnt give it to me. NOT IMPRESSED

I had the same experience as a recent…

I had the same experience as a recent poster. I was notified the parcel was ready to collect but it was not there. There had been no delivery from Parcelpoint for days and returns were stacked up waiting. Over a week later and still no delivery to the collection point of any parcels at all, not just mine. Parcelpoint don’t answer their phone or emails.

Extremely helpful

Extremely helpful. I'd forgotten to get a bag and parcel it up properly with the label on and they offered to do all that for me. Very polite.

Poor communication

I was notified that the parcel had arrived and when I went to pick it up it was not there. I had to call the operator and was told the parcel had been marked off as delivered, in error. I was them told I would receive a call or email with an update, which did not happen. Not satisfied with the service.

Dishonest and incompetent stuff at PP

Stuff at collection point was lazy and no idea how the system works. Very unorganised.

I happened to have tracking detail for the item and received confirmation that item delivered to collection point.

Waited for 2 days and still don’t receive any notification from eBay. So decided to visit the collection point.

My ID was requested, and shows 3 items to be collected. And was then asked “which one are you collecting?”

I then responded “I don’t know which ones has arrived as I haven’t receive any text to come and collect.”

She had a quick look, then I was told there was nothing for me. I then show her the text form couriers please.

She then said, sometimes the system doesn’t update properly, and then she quickly clicked on my 3 items on her screen. And then said to me there’s nothing for me.

Soon I realised what she clicked off was “ready for collection” and I showed her all 3 of the same emails, but all had different references.

Which then I showed her, and told her strongly that she is now responsible for the items that she had possession but can’t find, she replied “you got the point”.

At this point she became more serious and started searching more seriously, and found one. Soon, she wanted to brush me off.

I then asked, what about the other 2 items? She responded, what other items? There’s only one.

I had to help her to refresh her mind by pointing to the screen and said “you told me I have 3 items”, which I do have, why now you are telling me there’s only one?

She quickly pointed to the screen and said “they are all the same”. So I had to show her the emails with 3 different reference numbers.

Surely enough, second item was located.

This parcel point is a good idea but only works with members working diligently by checking in items timely and have a good sorting system.

In my experience. IGA eight mile plains not only failed the basic process requirements, but I strongly felt the stuff were not trustworthy and treated customers as they don’t know anything.

They really made themselves look incompetent.

Handed it at parcelpoint on 26/11/2022…

Handed it at parcelpoint on 26/11/2022 and I am getting a email today 3/12/2022 that the parcel is being picked up after a week! Which has now delayed my refund from the company that the parcel was supposed to go to.

I live in Southbank..

I live in Southbank... so the nearest Post Office is South Melbourne.... NOT HANDY! SO... Parcelpoint at Angelo's... my Local Chemist.. makes it SO MUCH EASIER to collect a Parcel. Many Thanks, Parcelpoint!!

LACK OF PACKAGING AVAILABLE

I was informed at the drop off point that they no longer provide packaging yet the information l received from Foxtel after submitting my information was that packaging would be provided at that particular drop off point. They advised me that packaging had not been available for around 12 months. I found this to be a very inconvenient situation & the blame appears to rest with Foxtel.
