I would have given 0 stars if it was an…

I would have given 0 stars if it was an option. First you have to pay for information on tracking your parcel , where you put in your card details to do so. You are then unwhittingly signed up to a 'monthly subscription' of £29.00 a month!! Have called the office and they immediately unscubscribed me but told me I was not legible for a refund.

A scam company playing a very underhand game,

I was checking my bank account statements on Saturday 16th of August 2025 and noticed a strange entry from a company I did not know, I did a Google search of the companies name and found many negative reviews on Trustpilot

Also the website: Scamadvisor.com says: parcelocator.com has a very low trust score.
Confidence score 6 out of 100
I sent an email to parcelocator customer support on Saturday 16th of August 2025 the content of which is below.

Hello,
Re: Account Number: 4569 3323 2352 6899
I have only just noticed that your company HPY 2 Parcelocator have taken 29.90 euros from my Wise account for seven months, starting 9th of February through to 12 of August, a total of 209.30 Euros
I did not authorise any of these payments so I ask you to reimburse my account immediately the amount of 209.30 Euros.
Yours sincerely

Their reply is as follows:

Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting our Customer Service Team.
We can confirm that your subscription has been cancelled as requested and no further charges will apply.
When tracking your packages on the website, you also subscribed to our premium service. This offer includes a 48 hours trial period for 0.49 euro. After the end of this period, as mentioned and explained on our website, our premium service is automatically renewed as a monthly subscription for 29.90 euro. This subscription is automatically extended without commitment at the end of your 48 hours trial period.
Our offer was clearly stated throughout your journey on our website. Our monthly subscription fee was explained in details in our terms and conditions which you agreed to. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to honour your refund request.

I did not subscribe to their services they signed me up without my permission further moor the terms and conditions were never explained to me, this is clearly a scam company playing a very underhand game, do not use this company, you have been warned.
I have been in touch with my bank and I am awaiting a reply.

Never deal with this company under any circumstances

This company who I had never heard of until today when they took 29.90 euros from my Wise acc without any warning at all. I phoned them up to complain and the man said that I took on a free trial back in Feb 2025 which is rubbish as I am always weary of free trials. I never got an email from them confirming I had entered into any Agreement/terms & Conditions which is blatantly dishonest and they never warned me that they were going to take money from my account today which again is very disreputable behaviour. I am in dispute with them now and demanding full repayment of my money.
They have just responded to my complaint to and said:
We have reviewed your refund request with our billing department. Unfortunately, your request has been denied, as the terms and conditions of the subscription were clearly stated before your initial payment.

They have not produced any email to me suggesting I had entered into an Agreement with them so clealry they did not want me to know so later they could take my money surreptitiously and without warning.

My advise to anyone..... never get involved with this company as they are dishonest.

I have subsequently read other reviews and this company is a complete Scam. They are there to take your money and give you nothing back.

They illegally took my money with no warning by email and unknown to me took three payments of €29.90 in Jan, Feb and March without sending me any emails which most companies would do as a matter of course. Why would they warn you if they were stealing your money. I would like to see this company destroyed as they are making peoples lives a misery. Please do not under any circumstance deal with this company.

Scam Scam Scam!!

Scam Scam Scam!!! after they paid with my card 0,45$ , they took money from my card 100$. after they succes they try again amount with 1600$. but im lucky my bank didnt accept this amount without sms code to confirm it.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE! charge 0.49euros but dont tell you that this is for only 72 hours before charging you 29.99 euros per month after. i only found out by accident, they are basically thieves, avoid like the plague. very, very dishonest site and they will reply to this with a standard reply they always use and its rubbish,

Exactly the same happened to me as the review below, absolute scammers, don't pay them to locate your parcel because
1, They won't tell you where your parcel is.
2. A couple of days later they will try to take €29.90 from your account.
Lucky, my bank spotted the fraudulent transaction and asked me if it was legit, I have now had my card cancelled, causing me much inconvenience, DO NOT USE Parcelocator!

Not worth trying even for 0,5 euro

Paid the 0,5 euros for the 72hours period only to see the same information on ship24.com for free. After I canceled my subscription so I do not get charged 2 days later, my account was deleted and could not use the site for the 72 hours I paid for.

Warning additional card charge scam

Warning! This is a scam
When I was tracing, a legitimate order, the link was on the page for Parcellocator.com, suggesting it would tell me exactly where my parcel was. As it was only 99cent and I thought it was part of the company I ordered with I used my virtual debit card to pay – thank God. When I made the purchase, it simply linked me to a page that said N/A giving no further information on my parcel. Two days later, I received a text message from my card company detecting a fraudulent charge. Parcellocator.com. Tried to charge an unauthorized €29. Thankfully, it had been flagged for me, and I was able to dispose of the virtual card completely. But BEWARE this company is not legitimate whatsoever.

Scam website! Stay away!

Edit 1:
I got an email requesting to put my full name and surname from trustpilot for for them on top of email, and they asked for phone number as well, of course i wont be giving my info to them other than the email they already have.
As for the reply below, phone seems to be a business, registered in voxbone sa, truecaller and other websites seems to be reported as phishin calls.
beware, stay away...

Parcelocator Scam

I was tricked to click on a link and EUR0.49 was taken from my account. Since then monthly an amount of EUR29.90 is being taken from my account without my approval nor for any services offered. Parcelocator owes me EUR120.09

Terrible

Terrible, looks like a site associated with Parcelforce but it’s not. Once you pay then you enter your parcel locator, error 404 with no way to get around it. Money making scam!!!
