Absolutely shocking service, never deliver on time or at all. Customer service is shocking. They say they will call you back but never do!!
Stick to another company instead.
Don't normally post bad reviews
Don't normally post bad reviews - but these guys are terrible. We send bags all the time, and they refuse to accept it. Jokers.

Usual terrible dealings with them. Stay in all day waiting for delivery. Receive text to say delivery was attempted but no one answered the door and card was left. No evidence was provided such as a photo or GPS information. Check doorbell footage and no one attempted delivery and no card was left. This company are barefaced liars and I would rate them as the worst of the lot.

ParcelForce are the dinosaurs of the carrier business, there are some good people there but managed and led by clowns. The latest move implemented without notice on Monday tries to rationalise their Royal Mail partners to collect and deliver, we have to allow our traffic to be collected now without being scanned in so no proof of collection. No one in the organisation knows what happening. Soon be extinct at this rate.
Useless service, don’t use them!
Every time I use parcel force they can never seem to find my house, even though all other delivery companies find it without issue.
I’m just off a main road and round the corner from the Manchester depot. I only use if it’s the the only option available otherwise I will select a different service to deliver. But now I’m starting to think I won’t use it at all. I even paid extra this time to insure I will have it on time, but now I won’t.
The staff lie about attempting to deliver 1) Twice I’ve had that couldn’t access the building - it’s a house
2) insuffient address information yet they have number, Street, town and postcode
3) no one home to sign yet I’m in and no one on CCTV
And all these have been on different deliveries. Not one has ever been successfully delivered.
When I spoke to the useless customer service representative all he could tell me was it will be attempted again tomorrow. But how? If they didn’t have sufficient address information today how will that change tomorrow?
Something is telling me I won’t get that parcel…

Parked across and blocked two disabled parking spaces for quite sometime. The driver even gave me the finger when I took a photo. Unbelievable.
AVOID PARCEL FORCE AND PARCEL COMPARE
This is a disgusting company. Was charged £30 to send an item then a couple of days later received a surcharge of £70. The courier can say you're parcel was incorrectly weighed without having to give any proof. I used them though the Parcel compare website and wish I had read the reviews beforehand. There are literally hundreds of reviews with people also being conned out of their hard earned money. AVOID AVOID AVOID
one of the WORST post office courier in the world
I lived in a couple of countries and I have the say the Parcelforce, which is the official courier if you are posting anything from a post office outside of the UK, is the WORST I have ever seen.
My experience of mailing something from outside of the UK with ParcelForce:
1. I bought something from a shop in Japan and I didn't notice my parcel was returned until the seller contacted me. The parcel is "Refused by Addressee" by ParcelForce without letting me know AT ALL (no letter/phone calls/emails, nothing). Hey, give me back my shipping fee.
2. Despite I have provided my TOR reference (a code that allows you to import your used items tax-free if you are new to the country) clearly on the parcel, the parcel is still being placed into the taxed custom queue and I was asked to pay a 0 pound tax + 12 pounds processing fee
3. not to mention the package of the parcels are always seriously damaged even for a successful delivery
I HATE IT.
24 hour service really means 3 days
24 hour service really means 3 days. Money wasted requesting 24hr service. Could have walked distance it takes parcelforce and package still not here. How do they keep in business beats me.
Parcelfarce
I received a text saying my parcel would be delivered at lunchtime. I immediately responded to the text selecting option 2 have delivered to post office. Get a message 2 hours later saying delivery attempted nobody home. Driver didn’t leave post card as message said. Did he take it the 500 yards to the post office? No he took it 40 miles back to the depot. 40 minutes trying to get through to someone I find out that me trying to save them time and money by not having to re deliver costs ME a charge to have it delivered to the post office. This doesn’t get highlighted when they message you.
Told supplier I will not shop with them again while they use Parcelfarce.
Update, no delivery second day because customer service says “they are too busy”
Update, it is now Monday and the parcel is still at the depot “because the wrong label was put on it”
How to lose your parcel without trying
Relying on the small print to deny a legitimate claim!
What a crappy company!
Keep well away!
All of our shipments to the UK stuck in…
All of our shipments to the UK stuck in customs for weeks. After 4-6 weeks we still don't know if the shipments clear customs, or will come back to us. It just can't be that 10-20 shipments have exactly the same issue and that we have to refund our customers because Parcelforce is unable to do its job.
Appalling!
Appalling!! Paid £25 for 10am next day “guaranteed” delivery in the UK as it’s important legal documents. Should have been delivered on Tuesday, now Thursday and nowhere to be seen! Can’t talk to anyone.
Awful service been trying to book…
Awful service been trying to book a collection since Monday and their system still isn't working.
Spent 2 hours on live chat yesterday explaining the issue they don't listen to what your saying and after 2 hours of waiting for the advisor to try and book a collection he got the same error message.
I've been trying to tell them since Monday you cannot book collections there is something wrong with the collection time line on the website but it's like talking to a brick wall.
Can't speak to a person it's ridiculous.
Worst delivery company I've known
Worst delivery company I've known. Claimed they delivered to a neighbour with a blury photograph as evidence, no card through my door saying what neighbour, no email saying they attempted delivery nothing. Their website sends you in circles when you try to find out where your parcel is and they won't even let you put a claim in. Personally, would never use this company and they should be banned from trading.
Absolute nightmare
Absolute nightmare. Sent a passport on Global Express delivery, was supposed to arrive the following day - it has now been a week and still nothing…
Definitely less than half a star
Definitely less than half a star. Appalling and horrible customer service. Will NEVER use them even for free. I am telling all the other businesses I deal with not to send with them or even receive. The costumer service agents are worse than machines and do NOT want to help. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Totally rubbish service from start to finish - appalling
Arranged parcel collection between 09.00 - 15.00, no one turned up. Tried to switch to drop off, can't print labels due to their 'technical problem'. 'Bot' is useless, can't speak or webchat to a person. Terrible customer service. Would give zero stars if I could
