No care taken on delivering a correct order
It is only order where ordering a simple pare of socks and every thing was wrong Even my complaint was ignored. Will not order anything from them again

Amazing customer service from kind staff…
They’ve been so unbelievably helpful and kind through the returns process. I made a mistake with the address some products were to be sent back to and they ended up at the wrong location. The guys at Parasol helped me locate them and then went to the address to pick them up for me, allowing the return and refund to be issued. They really went above and beyond and I’m very grateful for how much they helped.
Thanks to Lucy and the rest of the team. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Dishonest retailer
Dishonest retailer. My wife bought a gift on the 22nd December and was told if they were not right size etc they could be returned for a full refund. In store today and told that was not true and that only a credit note was available. Was also told if bought in line a refund would have been possible.
Buyers be ware as staff clearly not telling the truth at the point of sale. We won’t be back!

We're really very sorry that you feel you have not had a good experience in our store. We have spoken to the staff and ensured everyone is absolutely clear on our policies, although the recollection of conversation was that the correct policy was communicated at the time.

I ordered a pair of trainers for my sons birthday. When they arrived they were the wrong ones. The customer service at first was very poor , but then I finally spoke to someone who appeared to know what they was doing. After a lot of messing and blaming Black Friday and a bar coding issue, a second pair was sent out and arrived late and yet again they were the wrong trainers.
I have since emailed again and no reply. Very poor customer service!

Ordered a pair of relatively expensive socks from them, which, while arriving promptly, did not look close to the image displayed on the product listing online, most likely due to a manufacturing defect. I reached out to support to enquire about exchanging them with no further expense to myself as the return was no fault of my own. However, all of my emails bounced back and failed to reach the support inbox. I also left a message on the website (live chat always seemed to be unavailable) which went unanswered. Really poor customer service will not order from them again.

Lucy and the team helped me sort and send out a replacement faulty jacket the next day. They were professional and courteous on they phone, and they delivered on their commitment to providing me with a replacement.
