I found pararius to be the only website…
I found pararius to be the only website to be able to compete in the competitive housing market. I was looking for a studio in Groningen and the only way I was able to find a place is via the direct notifications from pararius. It is a bit pricy, but definitely worth it

Great Usability
I found my current house with the help of Pararius+. Thanks to the instant email alerts for my saved search criteria, I was able to apply to houses very quickly and, as a result, attend some viewings. I also liked that their website is straightforward, explanatory and works really well.

Many listings, filter would have helped
I received multiple listings very quickly and was able to secure a short-term rental. It would have been better if there was a filter to eliminate properties that required a 12 month lease since I was looking for a 2 month lease.

Very useful site but has room for improvement
Very useful site, and while it serves its purpose it could also use a few improvements. For example, more granular selection of neighborhoods or the ability to draw search regions on a map (like Funda supports).
