App is trash!!! Always crashing or connection error, but netflex or Hulu or any other app work just fine. This app is garbage

Impossible to cancel. Amazing that these companies think by making it so hard to cancel they will keep customers.

COMMERCIALS! Every five minutes, you are forced to suffer through 2.5 minutes of ads, most are repeating the same stupid promotions of OTHER Paramount shows or related streaming channels.
Yes I suppose one could pay even more to get them removed, but it is not worth the price or value.
Very disappointing.

I have most streaming services, all the majors. Most are great, although peacock is shaky. But without a doubt Paramount÷ is the worse. Slow load, glitch, server stalling and rebooting, goes to Grey screen.
I am frankly fed up with it, which is a shame since they occasionally have a good series.
Don't waste your $.

Almost non-existent customer support. I have several stream services with no issues. Recently, they changed something I can no longer get Paramount+. No refund. They asked me to open my wifi, disable my firewall and my virus protection services. Who in their right mind would ask for this?

Paramount sucks. Constant glitching is the only thing I’ve come to expect besides the bill. No other service errors out like this service does.
I was excited when my boyfriend got paramount for UFC because it meant I could finish Yellowstone but nope somehow peacock got away with that gold. They can’t even get the rights to their own show right. Ridiculous.

I am so sick of this 3005 error. Do I really have to clear my data, cache, cookies, unplug my router, restart my browser and laptop EVERY SINGLE TIME?!!?!? even if the problem goes away, it come back and interrupts every couple of minutes. This site is so frustrating and pathetic compared to all the other streaming platforms. i'm so OVER IT!!!! i'm about to just cancel my subscription because the nonstop errors are infuriating and not worth it. Yes i've tried incognito tabs, yes i've disabled ad blockers and other extensions, yes i've tried other browsers, yes i've tried the app, yes yes yes, i've tried it all. i go through all this CRAP and it STILL keeps happening over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

This steaming service is ripping people off because how terrible the user interface is to navigate.

Signed up to watch the Celtic v Hearts title decider and message “channel is off air” is displayed. Very disappointing

Terrible app often freezes during ads making you back out and then rewatch the ad. Often times live sports don’t even work. App crashes. Content is subpar the only reason I have it is for champions league.

They keep saying my card is declining, there is plenty of money in the account. I can't contact them either by phone or email and their live chat does not work. It does not let you send a message. I will never sign up with this company again.

Have been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 months. Each time they tell me it will be canceled next month but then I get billed again and when I contact them they say they see no evidence of me canceling my account and they will cancel next month th. I ask for confirmation of the cancelation and they say they will email it in 2 minutes and it never arrives. Wonder how many millions they are making off this cancelation stunt they are pulling on general public. Thieves and liars is the foundation this company was built on.

What an absolute joke. Took out a 5 pound plan. All the time had the option to cancel. Didn't want it. When I went to cancel it offered 1 month free. So I took it and set reminder. Didn't use it. Then went to cancel 2 days before it ended. Then everything I tryed to sign into told me iv signed up with a 3rd party and couldn't cancel unless I went through them. But I definitely sign up directly through paramount plus. Only after 3 hours that ended up at 2 am in the morning completely losing my shit did I get the thing sorted out. I now have 3.5 hour sleep before my next 12 hour shift. Stay away at all cost. Its not worth the 5 quid. Trust me

The ONLY streaming service that doesn't consistently have "Continue Watching" available. It comes and goes. You never know what you will see when you open the app. So frustrating!

Would give zero stars if possible. If you’re going to offer a streaming service for money then have the servers to support it! Total garbage! I have gig speed fiber and can’t watch for 10 minutes without buffering. Plus the app design sucks! It doesn’t even save your progress or have a “continue watching” section. Don’t waste your time or money.

I signed up and paid for one month. Then I cancelled. They kept charging me and will not refund the fraudulent charges.

The amount of ads are terrible, but that's not even why I'm writing this review. Multiple times now I have tried to watch UFC fights and I have done all the troubleshooting. The stream starts normal then glitches completely black and after is completely choppy the entire time. Absolutely terrible. What a failure of a service. No way to fix it and no way to watch it unless you illegally stream it. Terrible product.

I subscribed to paramount plus when UFC Swapped to Paramount Streaming, I Was excited i hated paying for pay per view, and was excited to never miss the UFC Due to Finances. BUT THE AMOUNT OF ADS ON UFC FIGHTS ARE RIDCULOUS. TOnight we have seen 3 fights in 2 Hours all 3 round fights. they own me because they own the UFC but as soon as UFC Leaves i will be leaving Strictly because of the amount of ads. LJ4W

Most poorly designed streaming service I have ever used. If I could rate it a 0/5 I would. Clunky menu with absolutely horrific load times. Only got this so I could watch UFC and it cannot stream for 5 minutes without cutting out. Whoever designed this needs to be fired.
