Absolutely brilliant service, I ordered some timber loglap t&g and sheets , very promptly delivered, driver rang half hour before and because I was away working he delivered and stacked up very neatly where I said 👍🏻 will definitely use this company again .

I was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews about the history of the companies. But the price was so competitive i had to give it a go. Payment was straightforward and with peace of mind using Klarna. Communication re. delivery started immediately and Carl was responsive and helpful when suggesting replacements for some bits that weren't in stock. Delivery came without a hitch a few days later. Will certainly use again when the next project comes around!

Ordered a 4.8m log lap, and received 5.1m, some would say this was good, but 4.8m was a perfect size, So I ended up having to cut the wood. Not what I ordered. But good quality.

The delivery was late, materials were good!!

Very confusing, I ordered a 22mm shiplap and only received a 19mm shiplap, I was told the 22mm is the nominal size not the finished. Either way, it's still nice stuff, and the price was competitive so overall happy.

Placed an order on a Wednesday, timber was delivered on the Friday. Great timber, nice and straight and a great price. Guys that delivered were helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for anymore!

But once timber arrived it’s good quality and nearly half the price of my local timber merchants
Would use again but order it a month before I need it .
Delivery driver was pleasant and when I did speak to him about the lack of communication he said they are making efforts to sort that out

Absolute Joke of a company.only received part of my order, did not deliver on the date promised. rearranged multiple new dates for delivery and did not bother to turn up. I am unable to get in touch with them now for 2 weeks as they are unable to pick up calls, emails, messages etc. Shocking customer service AVOID, AVOID,AVOID.

The boards are a good price and nice and thick. (3 stars for this)

Calling the number rarely will get hold of anyone.

Had some boards that were cracked on delivery- was told that replacements would be sent within a week.
After a lot of chasing and promises of a delivery day, only for them not to arrive- I have now finally received the boards (5 weeks later).
I have to say that If you do get lucky enough to speak to someone, they are certainly friendly- but with the consistent let downs I wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered a load of 3x2 plus hardwood Ply boards and a large quantity of Loglap.
Ordered on Tuesday and I requested delivery for Thursday which they did.
All timber came treated and tantalised and was all straight with no defects.
I was a bit sceptical due to price being way better than anyone else but very pleasantly surprised, good comms on FB Messenger as well, driver was very helpful and friendly, he off loaded most of the load himself while I did the bacs payment.
Highly recommended and will defo use again and refer.

Chose cash on delivery option (perfect if wary of online companies) Had a large delivery down in Cornwall and the experience was second to none. Chris was the lovely chap who delivered to us, who rang us in the morning to let us know a rough time, then half an hour before he arrived to let us know, so the communication was perfect! He was extremely helpful, and very professional. We will be ordering again from this company for sure!

The delivery driver chris was excellent lovely man and great with my young son who wanted to help unload! All the timber was of a high standard and customer service was second to none Highly recommended to all!!

Fantastic service as well as top quality timber.

I needed some Shiplap for a garden room I’m building and had been looking at various companies for prices. Paramount could not be beaten on price and despite not being local, delivery costs were insignificant. I ordered my timber last Wednesday and was happy to have it delivered on Monday to tie in with another delivery in Kent. Received a call around 9.30 to say the driver would be with me around 1.30 so Didn’t need to wait in all day. Driver arrived bang on 1.30 and could not have been any more helpful. All unloaded onto my drive with smile.

We were chatting and I mentioned about the cash on delivery aspect l, having paid by card. He said a few people think it’s too cheap so pay when they see the quality of timber. In regards to the quality, the Shiplap was absolutely bang on top quality. The 22mm is a very good thickness and all straight with no issues. I wasn’t expecting too much at the price but this really is top quality timber. Would absolutely recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future.

I ordered wood for a playhouse, they have the best prices. I recommend 100% satisfaction.
