Excellent service, doing a difficult job (seized bottom bracket) Dave didn't give up and eventually succeeded after fabricating a one off tool to do the job. I would have given up long ago! Now my bike has been rebuilt with a new group set and looks fantastic.

I have just bought the bike and can find no faults with the process / purchase so far. Dave is very personable and has been clear and honest throughout the process. The spec of the bike was made clear, fitting and measuring done well. Everything first rate.

I've had 3 experiences with Paragon in the past 3 months. Firstly, buying a bike for my lad for Xmas, custom paint job, his name on it - superb job. Second, repairing a very bad mishap to lads bike, losing big chunk of paint from the front and sorted within a week. Third, advice and guidance for my first 'real' cross country bike which is a stunner. You will NOT getter better service than Dave and the team at Paragon - I couldn't rate them highly enough.
