Deteriorated packaging
Fragrance was great but the packaging was deteriorating. More fault of manufacturer I assume. Used some type of faux leather that exuded some oil and pigment. But the Oud is top notch!

Placed an order for Five (5)…
Placed an order for Five (5) products,after a week product still showing unfulfilled. I called but no one answered or responded to my messages. I sent an email and was told order was being Held because One (1) product was out of stock. I requested other products be sent. After Two (2) weeks i haven't received Anything. So I didn't get the Fast Service that others have stated. I Don't think I'll be ordering again.
