I never have a problem with Paracord EU…
I never have a problem with Paracord EU as they are so efficient getting orders ready for dispatch. Unfortunately my issue is the delivery time to the UK by FedEx. 10 days is just unacceptable from when they received my package until it will be delivered to myself.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this e-shop. I especially appreciate the wide range of products and the availability of various tutorials and guides for crafting. A big plus is also the color combination tool, which helps you better visualize how the final product will look.
The only downside for me was the shipping communication. The order included an estimated dispatch date, but it was not sent on that day and was dispatched later than expected. It wasn’t a big issue for me personally, but I can imagine it might be frustrating for some customers. It might be better to either stick to the stated timelines or avoid showing such specific estimates.
Another thing I found a bit inconvenient is how the website works when browsing products. When you open a product and then go back, it takes you to the beginning of the list, so you have to scroll through everything again. This makes the browsing experience less comfortable than it could be.
Other than that, the shop is great and I will definitely be happy to come back and shop here again.
