Customer Service will make me never shop here again
I have many Parachute products, probably have spent $5,000+ over the past 4 years. I purchased a "Cloud Cotton Quilt" in 2022 that we loved, so much so that we ordered a second blanket in 2024 through Nordstrom. Sadly, it arrived and felt scratchy even after washing it multiple times.
Thinking that I just got unlucky with a bad batch, I foolishly decided to order a third blanket directly from them in 2026.
The third blanket was also super scratchy. I didn't bother washing it, I just put it back in it's package.
I reached out to customer support asking if there was a manufacturing issue and they eventually explained that the newer blankets are a different product (Organic Cloud Cotton Quilt vs Cloud Cotton Quilt).
I asked to return the most recent blanket since it wasn't what I expected based on my first experience. Parachute refused because it was marked as "final sale."
I told support that to me this is a quality issue since the first blanket isn't scratchy, and the other two are definitely scratchy. Customer Service said that if I checked the FAQ or read the fine print, then I would've seen that I guess there are no circumstances worthy of a return if it's final sale. I am also sure they can see my purchase history to see that I have been buying heavily from them for years.
I used to work with the customer associates in store and had no issues (they replaced a duvet insert no questions asked when I showed them the broken down baffle boxes). Now, there is no store in Dallas, so I have to go online.

So thin they’re see-through.
Our linen sheets looked so thin when they arrived that we almost sent them back. We’d paid USD with our Canadian Dollars so didn’t want to pay even more and decided to keep them. Fast forward to now and the sheets have holes everywhere. Very poor quality and the company now has to advertise that their newer version is of a different thickness and is more durable.
The company knows their older styles are garbage but customer service refuses to make it right for customers.
Would not recommend!

I made the mistake of ordering a set of queen sheets when I needed a king size set. Nico on the customer experience could not have been kinder and made the process of returning my mistake and reordering the correct set fast and easy. Shoutout Nico!

I'm surprised at these reviews
I'm surprised at these reviews. I've been a customer for years and have never had a problem with the items (mostly linen and one body pillow) that I've ordered. I just had another great experience with a dark green body pillow cover. I adore their vintage linen which they unfortunately make very little of these days. It used to be what their linen sheets were made of. Oh, those were the days! The body pillow covers still come in it. It's a gorgeous fabric. I wish I could get it in sheets of every color in existence. I seriously love it that much. I'd use it around the house for tea towels and bath towels too if I could get it. Sorry to hear about others' experiences. I'm still a fan.

DO NOT BUY LINEN SHEETS
DO NOT BUY LINEN SHEETS! within 1.5 years they have completely fallen apart like paper. I have photos that will make your head spin. They are lovely beautiful sheets but they don’t stand up. I also only use eco cleaning detergent. They also told me it’s regular “wear and tear” so I don’t get a replacement. I am re posting this because I want to show parachute pics!

Fitted sheets falling apart
I really loved the bedding I got from parachute initially. Unfortunately, it’s been 1 year and the linen fitted sheet is becoming see through and it has multiple holes. We’ve treated it well, delicate wash, no heat, no fabric softener and it’s coming apart. The duvet is in excellent shape so that tells me that I’m doing it right but their fitted sheet is too thin or defective, it can’t handle the friction of laying down on it. I tried to reach out but they will not offer a replacement or anything else. I wouldn’t buy these again for $170 to last one year.
As of 2.9 the parachute team reached out to replace my fitted shit. I’m hopeful that this set will last longer, we’d love for it to work out and match our duvet that we love so much. I upped my rated to 3 since they reached out and honored the commitment to their product.

Low quality
Linen bed sheets completely thread barren with holes aright after 1 year point. Customer service will not replace or acknowledge 2 year warranty they advertised at time of purchase. Would never recommend or purchase again.

Quality didn’t hold up, bad customer service.
Purchased $90 bath sheets in December 2024, by September 2025 they were starting to shred (sides of the towel were fraying and strings just pulling to no end). I reached out to Parachute in order to see how they could remedy the situation— the immediate response was “thanks for telling us but we won’t do anything about it”.
I responded saying that it is insane to charge $90 a towel and it have less than a year lifespan, they kept reiterating that the product is too old to do anything about it. Essentially they are telling me their “premium quality and craftsmanship” is worth less than a year.
If you are splurging, splurge elsewhere! I am a designer and I will no longer be sourcing their products for my clients, as they trust that I will help them invest in longevity. My $10 target towels have held up over the past 6 years better.
*I asked for a review link, they refused to send one. I asked for a remedy and they only offered 20% off a future order(after I asked for a solution multiple times). Yep, pass. I shouldn’t have to pay to fix a product quality issue.
Truly disappointing. I’m looking forward to trying other brands, for myself and clients.

High prices, no flexibility when issues arise
I wanted to share my experience with Parachute, as it ultimately led me to stop purchasing from the brand altogether.
We purchased a full linen bedding set during Memorial Day. The order arrived incomplete, requiring a replacement shipment for the fitted sheet that did not arrive until mid-July. Between that delay, waiting for our new bed, and extended international travel, we didn’t meaningfully begin using the set until October.
Once we did, it became clear that the Bone color didn’t work for our bedroom. The duvet cover was completely unused, and the sheets and pillowcases were lightly used and in excellent condition.
Despite this being a color-only exchange for the same items, Parachute refused to honor the original sale price and required paying over $200 more to switch colors. After escalation, they made it clear that they were choosing to stand on policy rather than prioritize a reasonable customer relationship.
Given the premium pricing, this rigidity was especially disappointing and not reflective of a brand that claims to value its customers. In hindsight, I don’t feel the product quality or overall experience justifies the cost. I won’t be purchasing from Parachute again or recommending the brand to others within my network.

Perfect mattress (2 year review)
We have had our mattress for two years and absolutely love it. We have 6 mattresses in our house and have bought different mattresses over the years: 2 different Saatvas, naturpedic, and parachute home. By far Parachute Home blows all the others away - supportive without being firm or soft. My husband and I still climb into bed at night and we just have such a pure bliss moment every night when we slide in the bed. So much more comfortable than the Saatva (we’ve had two different Saatva any they both feel a little firm and they spray their beds with an anti microbial that they don’t say what’s in it). Naturpedic is good - super heavy and you can kind of feel the coils - although is my second favorite mattress). Parachute is absolutely perfection - we won’t buy anything else going forward. I didn’t buy the sheets

Only shipped a portion of the order and refused to do anything to correct it. Literally trying to steal from me.
Way too expensive for total crap quality
Have the Organic Cloud Cotton Quilt and couldn't be more disappointed. After just a month it was fraying all over the place. Now after having for a year it's gotten so frail it tares so easily. Don't waste your money and buy something much more affordable that you won't be upset if it doesn't last. The company also only lets you leave a review once you've received the email to leave a review and expires super fast. So don't trust the reviews on their site. Shady business and crapy products.
Absolute garbage products
Absolute garbage products. Their bedding materials fall apart after 2 years. The Dell laptops of linens. If you’re a dude buying this for your better half, literally look anywhere else.
Unfair Return Fees
I ordered a pair of slippers from Parachute. When they were delivered I did not like the quality. The terry cloth was shedding. Also, they did not fit well. I returned the slippers and $8 was deducted from my refund. I find this "fee" ridiculous and can't help but feel ripped off. When returning any item for any reason to Parachute if you do not live near one of the 6 stores in the U.S. you must send the return via mail or UPS and will always be charged the $8 fee. I wrote to Parachute about what I feel is an unfair charge but never heard back from them. I will not be shopping on their site again and advise others who are cost-conscious not to shop it as well.
I can’t leave a review on their product…
I can’t leave a review on their product website because they only give you a short time before the link expires. I’ve had their down alternative filled duvet cover for 2 years and have spent the last year trying to reshape the clumps into an even surface again by drying it with dryer balls then tennis balls. It’s sad I don’t want it to go into the landfil but this duvet did not last long at all and it seems there is no saving it. Waste of money and wasn’t cheap either.
Cheap bath towels and no chance to leave reviews on their website
I can’t leave a review on their website because the link they give you to write a review expires before you even have a chance to fully use their products. I made my first adult purchase on what I thought were nice bath and hand towels. They were their mosaic towels, which I loved the look of. They immediately shed little bits of fabric everywhere and I figured after a wash or two this would stop. Well after about two dozen washes they still shed! I can’t wipe my hands and then go to apply skincare to my face or body lotion because I have little balls of fabric all over my hands. Even worse than that is the color faded after a handful of washes! No longer are they a pretty sage and blue, but a bleached tan color. I’m so disappointed I spent so much money on these towels. My previous towels were from a Fred meyer grocery store, had no fading, and finally needed to be replaced after NINE YEARS because they started to smell mildewy. I guess luxury is a rip off.

Premium Prices, Budget Quality - Won't Stand Behind Defective Products
I've had TWO Parachute linen fitted sheets develop holes around the one-year mark - the second was a replacement for the first defective sheet. When I contacted customer service, they refused to help because my purchase was "beyond the warranty period." Their one-year warranty conveniently shields them from accountability for obvious quality control issues, and they deflected blame to my care routine despite my following all instructions. Two sheets failing the same way at the same timeframe is a manufacturing defect, not user error. My Target sheets have lasted years longer at a fraction of the cost. Parachute won't stand behind their products. I will not purchase from them again and cannot recommend them.

Poor Quality, Zero Accountability, and Mocking Customer Care
I bought Parachute’s linen sheets because they’re marketed as high-quality and long-lasting. After just two years of normal use, the fitted sheet became paper-thin and tore apart. When I contacted customer care, I was met with robotic replies thanking me for my “patience and understanding” -over and over again - even though there was nothing to be patient or understanding about. At times it felt like they were mocking me.
The supervisor simply repeated the same script, offered a token 20% discount, and refused to acknowledge the clear quality issue. For a brand that charges luxury prices and prides itself on craftsmanship, that response shows zero empathy and zero accountability.
If a sheet falls apart after two years, it’s not wear-and-tear, it’s poor quality. And Parachute’s customer service made it worse.
Overpriced, Fragile, and Protected by a Fake Review System
I spent a ridiculous amount on Parachute’s linen bedding thinking I was investing in something premium and long-lasting. Within months, the fabric thinned, frayed, and started to fall apart — not through misuse, but normal washing and wear. For a brand that charges top-shelf prices, the quality is shockingly poor.
The real insult is how impossible it is to leave an honest review. They only allow “verified purchase” reviews through a short email link that expires about a month after you get your order. By the time their products start failing, your chance to leave a public review is gone. That’s how they maintain pages full of glowing five-star reviews — they’ve built a system that quietly silences long-term feedback.
This is not a luxury brand. It’s a marketing company selling fragility disguised as quality. Save your money and buy from a company that stands by its products and doesn’t hide behind a PR wall.
Worn paper thin and torn in 14 months!
I ordered a new fitted 100% linen sheet for my double bed in July of 2024. It was on sale but still cost almost $100. Less than one year later, the sheet began to wear thin in a couple of spots and just a few weeks ago holes appeared in both spots, one of which is now the size of my head! I contacted Parachute and they informed me that the sheets are "sadly" outside the warranty period. Even cheap sheets last longer than 14 months. I have never owned sheets that broke down so quickly. I will not ever order a product from Parachute again and I do NOT recommend them.
