Shocking

Shocking, to be frank. Terrible customer service and responses do not seem quite above board. Whatever you do steer clear

I'm living in my Papouelli boots

I'm living in my boots! I bought two pairs, one brown nubuck and one black suede, and I have barely taken them off since I purchased them. They are surviving life in the countryside amidst the mud and puddles. Five stars for the wonderful service from the team at Parsons Green. Suzi and Hannah were so helpful.

How can someone sell shoes of such poor…

How can someone sell shoes of such poor quality? And, above, they say they are designers. The sole of the ARMANDINE sandals lasted me for a week, before my daughter took off.
I also bought some ZOE and they are deformed, really all of very poor quality, I bet all of China.
When you sell something online, don't mean you can scam people with nice photos on your site and sell some garbage .
