Highly recommend NOT using this…

Highly recommend NOT using this company.

I ordered shoes they took 5 weeks to be delivered, they were left on my doorstep which was an unsafe and unauthorised location.

By the time I got home the shoes had been stolen from the doorstep and paperstraight is refusing to refund or replace the shoes even though I have not received the shoes.

Lisa from customer service is very unhelpful and does not acknowledge that I have not got the shoes

Just another drop shipping company

My overall experience would be a 3, but is a 2 because they have yet to respond to several emails sent almost a month ago (sent Dec 3, still waiting on Dec 26 at the time of writing this), and are very hard to reach. The quality of the products are average to poor, the shoes look fine but as others have mentioned the soles are poor quality, fit large and they take a while to get here. My shoes arrived with a black tar like substance on the laces (hence my reaching out to customer service) which I have yet to even receive a response for, and if you reverse image search on their shoes on google plenty of other sites are selling them (many for cheaper). They’re just another drop shipping website trying to pass as some street wear boutique, save your money and time and just buy the exact same shoe cheaper elsewhere.

Ordered 2 sizes as they don’t do half…

Ordered 2 sizes as they don’t do half sizes (usually UK 8.5 so ordered an 8 and a 9)

Bigger pair fit ok eventhough it doesn’t state which size is which anywhere including the boxes or tags

Found out the returns are to China which will cost about £30 to a warehouse so probably won’t ever get the refund if I return the smaller pair

Same exact pairs on DHgate for around £30 🙈

Laces also so so long compared to those on models in the photos on line. Massive bows flopping down to the floor

The shoes also stink of fake leather smelling out my wardrobe since I put them in there a few days ago

Marketing looks like a top quality company, products don’t match up I’m afraid

Yet to wear them but regret the purchase

For the Summit Derby Black

For the Summit Derby Black, the price-to-quality ratio is honestly spot on. They look clean, feel well put together, and they’ve held up really well in regular wear, exactly what you want from a pair in this price range.
It’s actually made me want to come back for another pair soon, but next time I’ll probably go for one of the more premium/expensive versions. If the Summit line already delivers this much value, I’m really curious to see how the upgraded models compare.

AliBaBa at it worst

The shoes came in a smashed box - directly from AliBaBa and had the worst smell ever. Really low quality- they are going directly into the trash. The homepage looked cool but I have been cheated big time. I wish I had looked at trustpilot before ordering as I now can see all is unhappy with their order.
On top of that it took me a month before I got my package

Still waiting for an order from the 1/12 - received a generic email informing all customers who were awaiting orders that they would definitely arrive in time for Xmas. Have since sent several emails to allocate order and not one reply- save your money and go elsewhere!

Awful company

Awful company. They advertised quick delivery, but a month later my order still hadn’t been dispatched. Customer service was slow, automated, and unhelpful. I only received a refund after persistent chasing. Avoid and please take other reviews seriously.

Absolutely not happy with the quality

Absolutely not happy with the quality. Cheap Chinese made. Not the quality I'm expecting from 200 euro shoes.

I didn't pay 200 but that's the price they say they are worth. Now I have to pay to send them back to China.

Also order pants. They feel cheap and thin.

Shipping took longer than expected. They say fast shipping but i had to wait more than 2 weeks for it.

The shoe laces and rings remind me of the Dsquared shoes

I like the flexible sole, gives me more comfort then when it is too hard

Yesterday in Paris with my 14.000 steps and some compliments about my shoes!

Save your money and time.

Save your money and time.

This company operates disguised as a dutch fashion brand, but ships from China and I don't think they have anything to do with being dutch.

Since I have medical issues with my left foot I always need to be able to return my shoes in case they dont fit. So I asked Paperstraight if a return would be possible and they agreed without mentioning to me, that the return should be send to a Chinese location, not dutch as their website states.

They offered me to return it on my own cost or get a 10 % refund.

I cannot recommond a company that lies or hides important information from their customers.
