Fee policies suck. Also, I had to write one that didn't do what I asked, and one of them even altered my rubric. Like, why would you do that?

This company is located in Cyrus . I didn’t read the reviews and I got scammed. Hate to admit it but I lost 311.00 to this company. The promise a good paper an A paper. They advertised to take class and guaranteed an A . I paid extra for some services. I starting school needed a tutor and help for English and Drama class. Well my first assignment was wrong was suppose to be on who are you sen them the information. They wrote a bogus paper it was about nursing and not me . Lies in paper that had 13 grandchildren and so much misinformation. Refused to send my money back . It was only 24 hours after I paid . No numbers claimed they had to investigate and so many more lies. They aren’t registered so you can’t get your money. It’s lost to Cyrus . Be Ware . Don’t use this company. They are terroist and un American . Don’t Use Them Im Telling You. You will be sorry . I notified BBB and FBI . They are now on watch list .

I purchased a review service and paid an additional fee for the "best pro editor" option. Unfortunately, the quality was poor.

The first version I received was completely unusable — even basic words like "skills" had been incorrectly replaced with "techniques," significantly altering the meaning of my original text. I had to request a revision. The second version showed some improvement, but the file provided did not include any visible change tracking.

In order to check what had been modified, I had to compare the new file with the previous version manually. However, because the formatting, text colours, and highlighting had been altered, the comparison tool detected around 1,000 changes — with every minor formatting adjustment being flagged as a separate edit — making the review process nearly impossible to manage.

Only after reformatting the file before running the comparison was I able to reduce the number of detected changes slightly, bringing the total down to approximately 500 comments.

In the end, I decided to cut my losses, paid the fee, and moved on. I will not purchase again and cannot recommend it to others.

Although the company claims to be based in an EU country, they do not provide any proper legal receipt. I repeatedly requested an official invoice by email, but they replied that the only "receipt" they could issue was an informal email, without any company name, address, or VAT number — which is mandatory under EU law. This raises serious concerns about their legitimacy and suggests they might actually be operating from China through a front office in the EU.
