I recently ordered an iPad folio, ahead of a European trip.

The next few problems were all of my own making but Paperlike sorted it seemlessly, even forwarding one replacement to my destination in Italy.

Basically, I had ordered the wrong model, which I thought wasn't working correctly, so they replaced that one. When that didn't work they requested the serial number, and confirmed my buffoonery, with utmost grace, and sent another package to me for the correct model.

It works perfectly, and is a top quality product. Highly recommend, and I can't thank Nevila enough for being so helpful.

I bought Paperlike because wanted a realistic feel of my sketchbook rather than slipping over the glass screen. I love the feel of paper and I can accurately control pressure and stroke length, which was tricky, if not impossible with the Apple Pencil on the tempered glass screen protectors. Paperlike lessens the glare when working on the tablet outside or inside. Although a tablet will never fully replace my sketchbook, it comes close when equipped with Paperlike.

This process to applying the Paperlike was soooo much better! I would like them to include a step where you try to get dust off. I had the slightest little dust bubble on the edge despite attempting to not let the protector lift during application.

The pace and specific steps of the instructions made it easy to install.

I bought the paperlike screen protector from a store in my city and tried to follow the tutorial listed. After I got dust bubbles with the first one the system gave me some quick tips and told me to try again. After it failed a second time the system told me to email them and I did. I ended up in a pleasant conversation with Jude whom I described my issue to and sent some pictures. She then said that this went under their 100 day guarantee and that she would quickly send me a new package. She too gave me some tips and after I tried for the third time it worked for me and the process was smooth as butter. They have great customer service however the process can be a bit tricky but after finally succeeding I can advise you to put on your screen protector in the bathroom after a hot shower as this made the process way easier for me (apparently steam reduces the amount of dust in the air). Overall also a great screen protector for the price. I’m very happy now.

At first I was a bit skeptical, especially because I was worried my screen would lose it’s brightness and to be perfect honest… the price. But I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving the package. Not only does it come with 2 paperlike screens, the care that went into packing it, guiding you through the application (which went near perfect) and the personal touches throughout the process impressed me. It gave such a personal and human feel to it. For the product itself, doesn’t limit the brightness of the screen at all and I very much enjoy using it. Highly recommend!

The packaging protected the items well, and support is easy to reach

I love the packaging, almost everything you need is inside, the quality is really high.
The only thing we miss is something to catch the little mess from the screen to really avoid any bubbles problems

I really liked the instructions because the last one I put on from a different business was shity and the instructions were very confusing. The quality is also very good and it’s 100% what I wanted. I also liked the packaging very cute and thoughtful. I can’t complain about anything I would definitely by from you when I need any screen protector or so. Thank you a lot

I have had Paperlike on iPads for years. I ordered a new one on Amazon (Lesson Learned - don't order on Amazon - Order from Paperlike directly). It had issues with both installation and the edges peeled up. I contacted Paperlike directly, and they immediately and quickly shipped me a new one. I again installed it and it was perfect. The installation was easy. The product is wonderful as always. Their customer service is exceptional.

Paperlike’s customer service is honestly outstanding. I accidentally messed up my first pack during installation, and without any hassle, they sent me a replacement completely free of charge. Thankfully, I got it right the second time! As for the product itself; it’s incredible. It completely transforms the feel of my iPad, making it so much more natural and satisfying to write on. It genuinely feels like paper, and I love using it. Highly recommend!

This was so easy to apply because the instructions were very clear,I feel very satisfied with the result, and it actually feels just like paper! :)

I purchased pencil tips in January 2026 for my brand new Apple Pencil. After a month of use, the tip wouldn’t easily remove from my pencil. When eventually removing it, the inner mechanics of the pencil snapped making the pencil unusable and unfixable. After reporting the issue, I’ve been refunded the pencil tips but no compensation for the fact I’ve lost use of an expensive accessory. I was offered 30% off a future paperlike purchase… which needless to say I will not be taking up that offer. Very poor customer service costing me considerable money to replace my pencil.
