Someone stole my data…

Someone stole my data information,created a fake account then I was paying for something that I never subscribed to.

This is just wrong

This is just wrong. I opened an account after clicking a deceiving Instagram add. They do not have the product I bought. They have some overpriced pencil paper stuff and they kept charging my bank account without my permission. I emailed to them and they told I am not going to receive my money back even though I applied for cancelation.

scam subscription

I have no record of subscribing but small initial payment was taken and then pending payment of £30 approx which I noticed. Told bank and then told customer service and they have promised full repayment. Worried abut how they accessed my data.
