Rebuttal to my previous review of PANZERA Watches, after my review was posted PANZERA reached out to me by several people in there costumer service department to address and correct the issue first hand. My watch was on backorder and the e-mail pertaining to it was sent to my spam folder e-mail. So I am happy to say this issue was corrected in a timely manner and I have received my watch since then. Thank you PANZERA for your prompt attention in dealing with the issue.

Well after researching watches for a wedding anniversary I came accross Panzera & I am glad I did.
Puchased the Aquamarine Silver/White M2 for my wife & the Quality is high & she loves it.
Also the leather bands I received are great quality too.
The ballpoint pen, love it and as it says "with great balance & weight"
Now just waiting & looking forward to receiving the MECHA 45C Silver M2
Panzera service is excellent.

Just bought my PANZERA Flieger 46 CLASSIC PILOT
Automatic on their website. It took only 5 days, by DHL, to bring it from Australia to Portugal. No Customs Clearance needed (maybe I was lucky...).
The watch is fantastic, and clearly exceeded my expectations. Working perfectly, looking amazing. I am a watch collector, and this is my first "Down Under" piece. But surely will not be the last, as I have already my eye on the PILOTS COLLECTION
FLIEGER 46C Quartz Chronograph...

I ordered a Panzera 45G at the beginning of February. The watch was priced on the Panzera website at around £350, however when the transaction went through, I was charged around an extra £70 UK tax as the watch comes from Australia. Despite the website saying available in 6 weeks, the watch didn’t arrive until early May. When it did eventually arrive, the movement was faulty and it stopped working after a couple of days despite a good manual wind and a couple of days in my watch winder. No problem, I thought, I’ll return it, given that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. I sent the watch back and having had communication with Bernadette at Panzera, I got my money back. However I did not get the £70 tax back. This is apparently down to me to claim back from HMRC! I could understand, if I’d paid the tax separately to the UK government, but I didn’t! The tax was added at the time of purchase and paid in a single transaction to Panzera! I now have no watch and I’m £70 out of pocket for my efforts. As a bit of a watch collector, I thought I’d take a punt and support a micro brand. Never again, I just feel robbed!

I’m very pleased with my purchase of the Panzers Flieger 45G. It’s a beautiful timepiece with impressive build quality. The design stands out—classic and bold—making it a great accessory for both everyday wear and special occasions.

The watch does have a bit of weight to it, which adds to its robust feel, though it might be something to consider if you prefer lighter watches. The arm strap is comfortable and feels durable, complementing the overall premium look.

One feature I really appreciate is how easy it is to read the time, even without glasses. However, it’s worth noting that it’s not very readable in the dark, which could be a downside for some users.

The supply and delivery process was outstanding—extremely fast with consistent updates throughout. That kind of service really added to the satisfaction of the purchase.

Overall, a solid and stylish watch with great service to match.

So this is a short term review. I bought the pilot watch, Flieger 46 with NH35 Japenese automatic movement. My initial impression is very positive. Watch arrived quickly from Australia to the USA. The watch looks just like the pictures on the website. The rubber strap looks good and is very comfortable. For the 7 days that I've been wearing it, it has kept time very accurately. The watch has also been in a spa and the shower. No fogging or water has gotten into the watch. So I do recommend this watch.

This is my 3 watch from Panzera , always excellent quality and customer service, highly recommend I’m saving now for my 4th .

Customer service and delivery are first rate ! They keep you informed every step of the way . I purchased the M43 which has the MECHA quartz . I like the uniqueness of this watch with its 4 beats per second . It’s a great looking watch . I live in the USA and it got to my home on the east coast in just a few days, amazing !!

From the moment I looked at the PANZERA website and placed my order for 2 watches, the communication was amazing. I received my watches in just a few days, and they are absolutely beautiful. They arrived in perfect condition and we love them. Both watches are very well made and show a high level of finish, materials and design, they have a nice weight to them and they feel high quality right down to the boxes.
Fantastic value for money. I recommend Panzera to anyone.

I purchased the Flieger 45 G and was a little nervous spending a decent amount on an unseen watch from a relatively unknown brand but, boy, I am very impressed indeed. I read many, many reviews before committing and also had a minor issue using my free strap code but, the chat bot managed to sort that within minutes and I went ahead and bought the watch. Given a date and expected time of delivery I was very happy with the service and communication - then they went and delivered even earlier than expected (5 days to the UK from Australia). Brilliant service. The watch itself is exceptional along with being beautiful into the bargain. If you're even slightly interested and can afford to purchase a Panzera timepiece, do it. You will not regret it. Superb company and I will buy again and add to my Panzera collection. Just brilliant. Russ.

Be careful when buying Panzera watches, they are an Australian company, not suitable for sale in the USA, because:
1. The process of returning the watch is very difficult and complicated.
2. The refund is deducted by $20 shipping and $30 restocking fee for a total of $50.
3. They send damaged watches, I have tested several times, but when the watch arrived at them, they said the watch was not damaged.
So my advice to us Americans, you should not buy this Panzera watch, the quality is very low, and the customer service is very bad.

I have had my new Panzera watch since January and it does not keep time accurately. I cannot get anyone at Panzera Customer service to respond to me after reaching out 12 times!!!! Everytime I send a note customers service says they will get back to me in 1-2 business days....NO RESPONSES after 12 attempts. The number also doesn't work.

I received the Aquamarine 45d around 2 months ago. I really like this watch. It feels well made and comfy when worn. I have several watches and this looks and feels as good as watches I have that were 3 times the price.

Panzera has taken care of me from start to finish. I ordered and received quickly, a Flieger 46 pilots watch. The watch is absolutely beautiful. It arrived in great condition and has quickly become my go to watch. I would recommend Panzera. I will be buying again in the future.

Was on holiday in the Sydney area from Scotland visited Panzera Studio. Made very welcome by Shane and proceeded to buy the Aquamarine 45C and what an incredible timepiece. I also had tremendous help from Bernadette who sorted out a decent rebate on the finances
