Good product. Customer service needs improvement.
First, I received the order and though I wasn’t convinced when I tried the sandals, they turned out to be comfortable. But there is something that bugged me in the process after the order. I didn’t receive a confirmation email like you would normally do. This gave me the impression that the order hadn’t gone through. So I sent an email to the customer service to make sure my order was being processed. I received a reply the following day but it didn’t look official and no facsimile nor a tracking number… so I wasn’t totally reassured. So I went to TrustPilot to see if there were any experience similar to mine or worse, if it turned out to be a scam. Fortunately, it’s not. But if I have to give one piece of advice to this merchant, it’s definitely about communications. They need a better system with automatic order confirmation emails and tracking numbers.
