I paid a deposit for their not yet released watch. All the initial reviews I read were very positive. After I paid the deposit I continued to research the watch and began to find more negative feedback and also claims of a lot of paid reviews that were not genuine. I contacted Panther to request a refund of my deposit. It was stated several times that the deposit was fully refundable. Panther agreed to refund me after a bit more back and forth that I would have liked. Then the timeline they gave for the refund came and went and the money was not in my account. I tried to contact them again several times but they never responded again. I ended up having to do a charge back with my bank. Very disappointing.

Customising order types, stages, and schedules is really easy, and the paperwork it generates is spot-on for each brand. It even does plain labelling for our trade customers, which is a huge bonus.

It talks directly to Xero and the reports are flexible enough to give us exactly what we need.

Best of all, the support is fantastic. The dev team is responsive, open to feedback, and genuinely great to work with.
